The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Julio and Isabella. Andreas the owner is also a lovely man. Loved the terrace with plunge pool that looks over the yatch club with great views of the surrounding city. A great place to congregate have a few drinks and chill, right under sugarloaf mountain. Our room was great with a separate kitchen and very comfortable. Urca is a great location, where people gather at the harbor wall each evening to watch the sun set. Looking over Christ the Redemer.

It was clean and very centralized. Biggest problem was not very good customer service and or information probided and NO PARKING. 6 Parking lots for a 30 room hotel. Had to pay 200.00 pesos a night for private parking.
The location of these Villa’s is perfect. 5 Minutes to Seminyak Square, 10 minutes to KuDeTa (left) and 15 minutes to the back side of Seminyak (right). Either direction also gets you to the beach. Simply fantastic service. Nothing was an issue for the Kembali team. Wether it was booking transport or a restaurant nothing was a problem. Every morning the villa was cleaned, pruned and made to look like we had just arrived. Really good service.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, staff was helpful. Good public transport connection to the city center and other points of interest.
Amin was very friendly and welcoming also the other staff they advised me on how to get back to the airport in detail
Check in was easy and we were even given a room earlier than check in time. The host was amazing and patiently answered my questions and showed us points of interest on a map. The expert guidance made exploring the city so easy and fun. The park right across the street was a nice bonus too!
Loved the location, it was right off Duval and close to all the bars. Our room had a small balcony which was great.

Great service – we arrived late – the team at Booking Rooms stayed late to wait for us as our plane was delayed. In addition Booking Rooms helped with a reservation error i made and they were able tonhelp me resolve. First class operation. I will definitely stay there again next time i visit Belgrade.
