Excellent place with cheap price. One of the reception employees could speak English. There is a good mini market in the same building. You can use public transportation so near from the hotel. Thank you Booking.com
Location is perfect! Simple, but clean and the staff is friendly. Some nostalgic feelings, like a journey in past of the history. The garden is great!

– excellent position (everything we wanted to visit was easy to get to) – staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate any request – good value for money – speedy internet connection

Расположение лучше быть не пожелаешь. Все прелести курорта и города рядом. Номер выглядит таким, каким он представлен на букинге. Балкон выходил в зеленый двор, городского шума не было слышно. Кулеры с водой на каждом этаже. кондиционер в каждом номере. Расположение отеля затмевает все его недостатки
Гостиница в состоянии разрухи… Требуются инвестиции.. Закрывать ее надо и сделать реставрацию. Будет шикарный отель… Единственный плюс, это расположение…
Идеальное расположение. Очень бюджетный вариант в самом шикарном месте сочинской набережной. Жаль, если ее закроют.
