Номер просторный. Самое замечательное в номере – это матрас! Просто великолепный, огромный и очень удобный!! Порадовали халаты! Вид на море – тоже приятное дополнение.

Понравилось расположение, близость к остановкам общественного транспорта. Очень тихий район!!!

Номер на мансарде, никогда не жили под крышей, забавно.

Администратор очень своебразный и веселый человек. В номерах все супер, правда кондиционер вроде слабовато дул. Случайно разбил стакан), все рассказал и 100 руб. штрафу уплачено как положено. Рекомендую

Отдыхали в июле 2017года. В гостинице уютно, чисто, комфортно. Есть холодильник, фен, сейф. Очень хороший бассейн с теплой водой и красивой подсветкой. Правда оплачивается отдельно. Рядом с гостиницей есть магазины Магнит и Пятерочка, рынок. До пляжа идти минут 20.

В Сочи мало отелей и апартаментов , где есть парковки . А здесь все очень удобно – в центре города и охраняемая парковка рядом со входом . Вокруг здания много зелени- очень красиво . Номер чистый и уютный. Нас быстро заселили . Хозяин все рассказал , где что находиться . Обязательно приедем еще !

The ladies on the reception were really nice, everything was clean, bed was comfortable. They made a registration on migration office for us.

Прекрасный вид с открытой веранды на крыше отеля. Отличное место для отдыха, романтического ужина и приятного времяпровождения в любую погоду. Отзывчивый, дружелюбный персонал.

Доброжелательный персонал. Чистота в номере. Наличие террасы с бассейном. С крыши открывается красивый вид. Кому нужно на пляж: от гостиницы ходит бесплатый комфортабельный микроавтобус до парка Ривьера и Морского порта. Можно пройти на пляж соседнего санатория, но за деньги. Нам очень понравился бассейн, хотелось отдохнуть от жары и моря. Завтраки не шведские, но очень сытно. Можно пообедать и поужинать при отеле. Есть балкон с сушилкой для белья, стол и стулья. Наш номер выходил окнами во внутренний дворик, с видом на соседние отели. Но это никак не раздражало. Все такие же отдыхающие. Можно выходить на балкон в купальнике:)))

Всё понравилось! Чистый номер,белоснежное белье,вкусный завтрак.Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый.Если приедем снова в Сочи,Поселимся в Эль отель.Большая терасса с видом на море,жили в номере на 5 этаже,балкон большой с видом на море,джакузи,кондиционеры в спальне и гостинной,два телевизора,чайник,микроволновка,большой холодильник,фен,стиральная машина,сушилка на балконе. Бассейн с лежаками. Рядом магазин и терминал киви.В нескольких шагах пятёрочка.

Море достаточно близко. Правда возвращаться в гору тяжеловато, но каждые 15 минут ходит автобус и едет он до санатория Радуга, приходилось возвращаться, чтобы добраться до отеля, но это лучше, чем идти в гору. Уборка в отеле на 5! Мыли даже балконы. Мы оставляли горничной перед уходом из номера денюшки, вроде чаевых, она не поняла и не взяла;) Очень понравилось, что в номере есть балкон, хоть и вид с него на соседние отели и соседние балконы. На каждом этаже стоит гладильная доска и утюг. Лично для меня это важно. Помимо не очень чистых дивана и кресла, сам номер достаточно чистый, полотенца и постельное на 5. В номере есть сушилка, очень нужная вещь, если ты вернулся с пляжа. Также выдают пляжные полотенца, но об этом нужно попросить администратора. В нашем номере было 2 телевизора, не включали ни один). Бесплатный вай-фай нормально тянул.

Гостеприимный отель, замечательная хозяйка. Все очень хорошо. Спасибо.

Хороший отельчик. Все чисто и опрятно. В номере все работает. Отличная душевая кабина. Проход к морю через территорию соседнего санатория, но пропуска выдают. Все очень приветливые. Отличный завтрак. Есть небольшой, но чистый бассейн.

Самое главное достоинство номера – ортопедический матрас!!!!!!Просыпаешься помолодевшим:) Очень тихий район.Ночью тихо.Возле дома нет клубов и дискотек.Рядом магазины.

очень удобное расположение – до моря не далеко , особенно хорошо ,что набережная активная и ведет сразу у яхт-клубу, тихий район , много кафе и ресторанов , до центра несколько остановок , очень приветливые хозяева )

Отдельная благодарность хозяевам, очень приятные и отзывчивые люди. Пошли навстречу нашему раннему приезду, организовали трансфер, подробно рассказали о близлежащих достопримечательностях. Расположение в самом центре, пляж около 10 минут, рядом столовые и круглосуточные магазины. Номер-студия очень простенький, ничего лишнего.

Очень чисто, уютно и комфортно! Все рядом-пляж, магазины, парки, развлечения. Хороший ва-фай. В следующем году будем!

Это центр города с хорошей доступностью у развлечениям и общественному транспорту, в котором можно добраться на все интересующие объекты (Адлер, Роза Хутор и пр.) и учреждениям культуры. Можно ходить везде пешком, недалеко набережная.

Отлично обустроенная квартира-студия. Есть все необходимое и даже чуть больше (утюг, посуда, полотенца). Отлично работает кондиционер. В целом приятное впечатление

Приехали в Сочи впервые, поэтому первое впечатление о городе оставил именно гостевой домик. Было очень приятно, что хозяйка связалась с нами еще за неделю до нашего приезда, чтобы уточнить, как мы будем добираться и не нужно ли нас встретить. На наше желание добраться общественным транспортом любезно объяснила, что прямо от аэропорта ходит автобус до остановки Светлана (номер 105:). От остановки всего две минуты до гостевого дома. На остановке круглосуточный маркет и аптека. Также в пешей доступности Дендрарий. Комната теплая, читая и удобная. Было все необходимое: холодильник, чайник, микроволновка, горячая вода круглосуточно (ооочень горячая, осторожно!).

В студии кроме мебели есть все необходимое: холодильник, микроволновая печь, плита, утюг, чайник, моющие средства, посуда и пр. Очень приятные хозяева, все время были на связи, если возникали вопросы – помогали. Все очень аккуратно, по-домашнему и с душой. Рядом находится отель "Жемчужина", от него совсем недалеко идти к морю. С другой стороны есть продуктовые магазины, кафе. Поездкой остались довольны, спасибо хозяевам за тёплый приём!

Good location, that’s why I go everywhere by foot, calm and green street. So friendly staff. Everyone wright, that in this hostel they are feel their self, like at home, and it’s true. 1. расположение – легко добраться до жд вокзала, пляжей, рядом столовая, супермаркет и автобусная остановка. 2. просторные комнаты, кровати с индивидуальными ночниками и занавесками. 3. в ванной есть стиральные машины, можно пользоваться бесплатно.

Это лучший хостел, в котором доводилось побывать. Всё чисто, даже кухня. Убирают каждый день. Удобные кровати, комната отдыха. Интернет отличный. И цена более чем устраивает. Всё как будто новое. А ещё кажется что тут живут прям долго, месяцами люди. Тут это реально. И приятно.

Расположение (самый центр, 5 минут до вокзала и до главных улиц города, прямо перед входом в хостел супермаркет, столовая, аптека). Цена – в этом районе самый бюджетный хостел. Чистота – убирались регулярно. Просторные помещения. Бесплатная стирка. Компетентный приятный персонал.

Прекрасное месторасположение: до вокзала 5 минут пешком, самый центр, вокруг много интересных кафе и магазинчиков, до порта минут 10, до центрального рынка тоже 10. Кровать в номере широкая и комфортная, есть кондиционер (был октябрь, и его мы использовали на обогрев). Есть шкаф для вещей, комод с зеркалом, диван и телевизор. Кухня (столовая) большая и чистая. То же самое с туалетом и душевыми. На первом этаже магазин "Магнит" и "Магнит-косметик", рядом продают фрукты, в пяти минутах ходьбы есть "Перекресток". Персонал доброжелательный и участливый. Чисто, уютно, не тесно. Есть стиральные машины и сушилки и в женской, и в мужской душевых (они отдельные, тоже +).

Удачное месторасположение, близко от всего – от остановки, от моря, от ж/д вокзала, от красивой пешеходной зоны со множеством кафе и магазинов, от парка "Ривьера", от торговых центров, даже продуктовый магазин "Магнит" на первом этаже и столовая за углом. В общем все, что нужно, есть и вокруг и внутри. В самом хостеле имеется все необходимое – кухня оборудована, в туалете и в душе очередей нет, зато там есть фены, стиральные машинки, сушилки для белья, гладильные доски и утюги, комната отдыха в телевизором и компом. В общем практически рай для тех, кому не обязательно жить в пяти звездах. Комната большая, соседей практически не видела, кровать удобная, спала как дома. Шкаф для вещей большой, даже чемодан туда вошел, плечики есть в достаточном количестве. В комнате большое зеркало в полный рост что важно для девочек. Есть стол, стулья, вешалка. Везде чисто и убирают часто.

Мы посетили Сочи в первый раз и наш отпуск был прекрасен)) Гостевой дом очень понравился: чисто, уютно, есть душ в номере, общая кухня, где мы без проблем могли позавтракать или поужинать не сталкиваясь с соседями (они были, но нам никогда не мешали)). Очень порадовали хозяева – приветливые люди: встретили на вокзале, в последний день разрешили нам задержаться, (т.е. не требовали освободить номер в стандартные 12 часов)) Мы отметили довольно удобное расположение гостевого дома – относительно спокойная улочка, но совсем недалеко от центра. Всем советуем посетить гостевой дом Семейный – отличное соотношение цены и качества!)

Удобная большая кровать, очень чисто, удобная большая кухня на несколько номеров. В номере душ и туалет- всегда горячая вода. Рядом магазины. Приветливые хозяева.

Гостевой дом находится в 20 минутах ходьбы от Зимнего театра, набережной. Персонал очень гостеприимный. Проживали на 3-ем этаже. На самом этаже чисто, номер уютный, теплый (погода была не очень, поэтому для нас это было важно). В номере кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник, вместительный встроенный шкаф. С/у совмещенный, просторный, с горячим змеевиком – никакой лишней влаги, полотенца высыхали очень быстро. На этаже есть отдельная комната для глажки и сушки вещей (за окном). Кухня общая – чисто, комфортно, есть все необходимое: специи, крупы, посуда. Вечером красивый вид из окна на горящий огнями Сочи. Бронировали бюджетный номер на троих. По соотношению деньги-цена – отличный вариант!

Домашний завтрак, все вкусно. Утром птички из дендрария. Все относительно близко для пеших прогулок.

Останавливались на ночь по пути домой. Все понравилось, спасибо всему персоналу. Быстро, качественно, по делу!

Местоположение. За окнами отеля – дендропарк, до набережной 5-10 минут пешком, до автобусной остановки, где бесчисленное количество маршрутов – 2 минуты. У остановки маркет 24 часа, "Перекресток" метров 600-700. Также метров 600-700 ресторан "Рис", 24 часа, цены приемлимые, по сравнению с многими заведениями в Сочи. Цена на проживание была очень невысокая. Номер чистый, включая санузел. Дорогу не слышно. Завтраки по меню, 4 блюда на выбор из 7-ми на двоих, плюс чай или кофе. Мы не привередливые, нам все понравилось и мы наедались. По персоналу – все без проблем, его особо и не видели, видимо, не в сезон админ там появляется только под приезд посетителей, уборка была.

Хорошее расположение, в тупике – в тихом месте, около дендрария. Не далеко остановка общественного транспорта, очень много автобусов – доведут до любого места. До центра и вокзала ехать не далеко – минут 10. Можно дойти до магазина Перекресток, минут 15 пешком, от самого отеля. Завтраки сытные, это правда, хватает на пол дня сытости. Видно что прислушиваются к отзывам, в комментариях которые я читала, выбирая этот отель, были жалобы на отсутсвие сетки. Когда мы приехали, стояли очень хорошие двери-сетки. Насекомых действительно много лезет. Летом будет вообще хорошо.

Отдыхали с бабушкой 75 лет, для которой эта поездка стала первой за долгие годы, поэтому очень надеялись на спокойный отдых, положительные впечатления и внимательное отношение 🙂 Так и получилось! При регистрации на ресепшн предложили более комфортный, 2х-комнатный номер (без доплат) – огромная благодарность! В номере есть все необходимое, а главное – чистота! Завтраки сытные и вкусные: выбор хоть и небольшой, по меню, но за несколько дней надоесть не успевает. Прекрасное расположение: близко к центральному проспекту (магазинам), ок. 10 мин до пляжа, при этом в тихом проулке. Шустрый вай-фай.

Прилетели на выходные. От аэропорта минут 20. Номер эконом, обычный , чистый, есть все необходимое. Расположение отличное, далеко от проспекта, тихо. Павлинов не слышали. Завтраки вкусные и сытные.

Хорошо кормили, рядом Дендрарий, до набережной недалеко. Есть фен. Доброжелательный персонал.

Отличное расположение, в 2 минутах ходьбы Курортный проспект с остановками транспорта, минимаркетами. Совсем рядом цирк. Гостевой дом стоит прямо возле забора дендрария, поэтому чистый воздух, деревья и птицы поют. На пляж идти 5 минут пешком. Отличные завтраки и кофе по утрам.

Удобное место, приемлемая цена, отзывчивый персонал.

Были здесь в прошлом году, в этом году заметны приятные перемены: лифт для спуска на пляж теперь новый, бесшумный ОТIS. Обновили пирс на пляже. Три новых кофейных автомата в столовой, большой выбор кофе для любителей, просто супер!!! Вообще кухня здесь выше всяких похвал: много разнообразных блюд на любой вкус, а какой выбор десертов… Стандартный номер чистый, достаточное кол-во гигиенических принадлежностей, кондиционер можно регулировать самостоятельно. Кулер на этаже. На балконе можно сушить купальники и полотенца. Приветливый персонал!!! Анимация для детей и взрослых!!!

Природа и домашняя обстановка. Близкое и теплое море. Великолепная библиотека. Близость терренкура. Возможность полакомиться мороженым и напитками прямо на пляже. Быстрая возможность оказаться в центре Сочи.

Для отдыха – это лучший санаторий в Сочи. Демократичные цены, просторные и комфортные номера, пляж огромный и благоустроенный в двух шагах от корпуса, питание ("шведский стол") разнообразное и все очень, очень вкусное! Отдельное спасибо за десерт и оладушки) 🤗. С маленькими детьми постоянно кто-то занимался, что радовало, и поэтому не было слышно детского нытья…

номер маленький, но со свежим ремонтом,жили на последнем этаже, вид на море чудесный, балкон с мебелью ; питание "шведский стол" замечательное: есть выбор на любой вкус и для детей, и для взрослых; в отеле и ресторане очень чисто, пляж рядом, к нему удобно идти, шезлонгов много.

Еда вкусная и разнообразная. Сон великолепен, так как слышен шум моря. Все номера выходят с видом на море Персонал очень доброжелательный и вежливый. Спасибо за отдых.

Домашний, уютный санаторий, великолепная кухня, огромное спасибо шеф повару и его команде, удобная кровать, прекрасный вид с балкона, кондиционер в номере, Очень ухоженная территория санатория, много зелени, Самые положительные впечатления от отдыха в этом уютном месте!

Сотрудники отеля встречают гостей с душой, и на протяжении всего отдыха относяться очень тепло. Сам отель подходит для отдыха с детьми на все 100%, замечательные ребята аниматоры. питание так же на высоте, и фрукты имеются и выпечка разнообразная. В общем ни минуты не пожалели что остановились в "Актере".

Очень уютно и спокойно, как убабушки. Прекрасное питание по домашнему просто и вкусно. Аниматоры постоянно занимаются с детками. Хотелось бы по путевкам с лечением более качественные процедуры. такие как за оплату. В целом все хорошо, кроме погоды, но это от администрации не зависит. Буду планировать еще поехать.

Проживал ранее в апартаментах в этом здании, но у другой хозяйки. Там было теснее за счет балкона, здесь же его убрали и комната стала больше. Кондиционер работает нормально, ночью не жарко, но шумноват. Кафе-столовая в этом же здании стала лучше, но вкусная еда кончается в обед. Вечером выбор остается не очень. Никуда не делся круглосуточный магазин перекресток через дорогу, что очень хорошо. Курортный проспект ночью не слышно, пластиковый стеклопакет спасает. Убирались примерно раз в 3 дня. Иногда хозяйка приходила чаще. Большой холодильник и мини кухня большой плюс.

Очень приветливая хозяйка. Удобное расположение-центр, транспортные развязки.

В апартаментах есть микроволновка и стиральная машина. Хорошая столовая в здании. До пляжа 5 минут ходьбы. Продуктовый магазин через дорогу.

Приезжала на "Новую Волну" Девушка на ресэпшине очень быстро, без проблем организовала мне трансфер в позднее время с мероприятия из Олимпийского парка Чудесная девушка Лариса,вызволяла меня оттуда поздней ночью,спасибо ей большое

Достаточно места для двоих.кровати удобные,вода всегда есть.

Нам все очень понравилось. Номер шикарный! Мы даже не думали, что за такую цену у нас будут апартаменты-студия в центре города. Там было все что нужно (большой холодильник, стиральная машина, небольшая кухня с посудой, для приготовления еды было все необходимое, сушилка, утюг, кондиционер, телевизор, Wi-Fi…все было в номере .) В гостинице чисто, уютно, хорошое обслуживание, при том, что рядом дорога шума вообще не слышно было, на первом этаже есть столовая( цены приемлемые) Рядом, 10 минут пешком, набережная со всеми развлечениями (рынок, кафе, рестораны, клубы, аттракционы…..)

-Внизу неплохая столовая -В пешеходной зоне доступа пляжи, кафе, магазины, банк..
