Staff has been always very nice. They did not push us too much about checkout on exact time. We were a little late but they did not make any problem. Internet is very stable. Very close to Praia Mole from the guestroom and it is literally by the lake.
A nossa estadia foi excelente, o atendimento é incrível, desde antes de chegarmos ao hotel, os meninos são muito atenciosos. Fomos atendidas por mais vezes pelo Evandro, mas percebemos que todos são assim bem prestativos!! Ele em especial foi perfeito! Obrigada 🙏🏻 E a localização então nem se fala, na beira da lagoa! Melhor impossível!
A pousada Ilha da Magia é o melhor lugar para se ficar na Lagoa.
O quarto era muito aconchegante, com cama de molas, churrasqueira, fogão, etc.
Sempre que vamos a Florianópolis ficamos nessa mesma pousada. O atendimento é ótimo, a localização, os chalés… muito bom.
Pousada simples e sem café da manhã, mas tem uma cozinha equipada com utensílios bem úteis. O ponto positivo é a localização. Destaco também a equipe que trabalha, a qual é super prestativa. Tem serviço de limpeza e as camas são confortáveis. Fui com minha filha de quatro anos e ela gostou do balanço.
O lugar é muito charmoso, parece um condomínio de chalés. O quarto é grande, muito limpo e super bonito. A localização é ótima e o Evandro nos atendeu muito bem. Embora a portaria não funcione 24h, a acessibilidade ao local é muito fácil. Os locais de estacionamento são privativos para cada quarto. Recomendo.
Para quem quer ficar próximo a lagoa e ao mesmo tempo com acesso as praias do norte e sul da ilha, não têm igual!
Chalé confortável, espaçoso e bem equipado. Muito limpo e organizado. Não usei o estacionamento, mas vi que tem muitas vagas disponíveis. Tem uma área bacana com piscina e churrasqueira. A pousada fica na frente da Lagoa da Conceição. Tem uma vista linda. Tem um supermercado bem ao lado e alguns restaurantes.
Our family of 4 could spred out a little more but were thrilled we didn’t need 2 rooms- and we were able to use washer/dryer in the room which we needed after a week in Germany/Austria. Loved the location near the water and coming out of hotel right where Gondolas passed. Location was perfect!
