Café da manhã excelente, hotel bem novinho, quartos arejados e com cozinha, facilidades no acesso a praia, cama e chuveiros muito bons! Ventilador na ante sala e ar condicionado no quarto. A piscina também sempre bem limpinha, Otimo custo beneficio. Ficamos muito satisfeitos!

Equipe muito atenciosa, lugar muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso à praia (por dentro da propriedade mesmo). Acomodação ótima, super espaçosa, fomos em dois mas é ideal para uma família pequena já que tem a cozinha tb… enfim, não há reclamações, hotel simples mas tudo ótimo!

O quarto é bastante amplo, limpo e confortável. O hotel é bem localizado com uma praia agradável à frente e com um bom comércio ao lado onde é possível comer a preços honestos. Fica perto do Santinho que é outra boa praia com dunas maravilhosas para passear.

Atendimento, a atenção e educação dos funcionários. Segue quartos bem conservados, e limpos.

Atendentes educados e simpáticos! Café da manhã ótimo, localização excelente, cama maravilhosa! Muito satisfeita e já estou recomendando para amigos.

O hotel é muito bom. A equipe é sensacional, simpáticos, educados e atenciosos. As acomodações são boas, cama confortável, banheiro bom e ambiente muito limpo.

A receptividade dos funcionários, café da manhã excelente, limpeza excelente.

O tamanho do quarto e oferecer pia e microondas com possibilidade de fazer um lanche no próprio quarto.

Café da manhã honesto porém satisfatório, não espere um banquete.

Equipe supereatenciosa. Acomodações simples, porém, com ótima higiene, ideal para quem utiliza o hotel como ponto de apoio para outras atividades.

Deram um upgrade de quarto logo que cheguei. O quarto e bem simples, e o local e silencioso. O atendimento e bom. Se for utilizar o hotel somente para dormir ė uma ótima opção.

Os apartamentos são novos e confortáveis. Lençóis e toalhas sempre limpos e perfumados. A localização é boa, porém um pouco distante do centrinho da Praia dos Ingleses.

Apartamento ótimo, limpo, novo e com tudo, além disso a vista é excelente. Acabei não fazendo churrasco na varanda, mas se quisesse era só pedir os espetos na recepção. Também emprestam cadeiras de praia.

Lugar lindo, o hotel é ótimo com uma equipe muito atenciosa e sempre prontos a ajudar, recomendo, a única coisa ruim é a hora de ir embora, kkkkk, o lugar é um paraíso.

Perto da praia, estacionamento coberto, apartamento agradável.

Hotel muito novo, limpo e com decoração clean, o ar condicionado tinha opção de calefação, o que pra nós foi otimo pois fomos em uma epoca fria. Nos 2 primeiros dias nosso café da manha foi levado ate o quarto pois o hotel estava vazio, muitas opções de frutas, bolos, iogurte, suco de laranja, paes, geleia, queijo, presunto, ovos mexidos, leite, cafe. Banho quente e agua com boa pressao, toalhas e roupas de cama novas. Tinha reservado um quarto com vista para os fundos, mas o hotel nos deu um up grade com vista para a praia e adoramos a gentileza. Em alta temporada o estacionamento é cobrado por ter poucas vagas, mas como o hotel estava vazio estacionamos sem custo adicional. Wifi muito rápido. Eramos 3 pessoas hospedadas no aparthotel, e dormi no sofá cama, dormi muito bem, extremamente confortavel. Teve serviço de quarto com troca de toalhas todos os dias. Do lado do hotel tem um mercado, a cozinha é bem equipada e tem tudo o que precisamos.

A vista é maravilhosa e o apto super limpo e confortável. Amei.

Localização do apartamento,, cama confortável, sacada com churrasqueira, cozinha bem equipada e instalações novas.

As instalacoes perfeitas..otima localizaçao..tudo novo no hotel e no quarto..Café da manha bom..

Prédio novo, tudo em ótimo estado, apartamento muito bom, bem mobiliado, tudo muito funcional, sacada com churrasqueira (só não tinha espetos e não sei se o hotel disponibiliza). Vagas de estacionamento coberto no térreo e subsolo. Salão de festas com churrasqueira, e piscina na cobertura.

There was only one good thing about this property (other than leaving after one night) and that was Jurie at reception who really tried to make the most of a bad situation.

The location is good and silent, There are car parking places on the street.

Almost nothing. The staff was nice, the Wifi worked.

My leaving it, before my first overnight, after paying for the 2 days accommodation. Smelled awful, broken bathroom fixtures, dated power outlets and the first room I got, had no power at all due to a glitch in the key system. Staff was apologetic enough, but it was apparent they were already used to the complains. Ahhh… the mattress. I asked for money back, it was denied. Well, the location was close to the Central Market but the view was unfortunately not the greatest. Sad, Downtown Floripa is such lovely, quaint, place.

De uma forma geral, não gostei desse hotel, não recomendaria.

It is really nice place. I like it very much. The hotel is located near the lake with beautiful views. The bed is very comfortable and clear. The best thing is the breakfast with different kinds of bread, juice, fruits, and good coffee. I met 3 little monkeys there, cute and be close to people. In a conclusion, It is a vey good hotel for traveling.

Even better than pictures in Booking.com. Spacious room and great bed. Hot water and amazing shower. A/c working perfectly, tv with cable channels. Location couldn’t be better – close to av. das Rendeiras, but far from its noisy traffic. Breakfast is fantastic, we would have lunch only at around 15:00. Can do everything with Uber, plenty of cars available in the region.

Very charming pousada in an excellent location between Praia Mole and the downtown area of Lagoa Conceição. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was kept very clean and comfortable. The hot shower was great with excellent water pressure. The free breakfast was wonderful as well, from the variety of foods available to the quality of the service – it was a real pleasure. It was definitely a great stay and I would not hesitate to go back.
