The check-in was smooth, despite the person could not fluent speak English. The beds where good and the sheets where clean.
This place is in a good area in Kyiv, and it takes 5 minutes to the closest subway station. The staff was super helpful.
Cheap, secure and clean place. Good price-quality ratio. Metro station 10 mins. Shared kitchen with kettle, so you can prepare your own hot beverages, possible to use electric cooker as well, but it is slow. Shared toilets and showers, older but clean. And we liked a grocery store on the route to Metro.
Bed was really comfortable, linens were new and clean
Recommended hostel in Kiev, metro station and shopping area within 8 minutes walk. Rooms are good for this price, additionally hostel has kitchen as well. They could organize taxi in the early morning.
Hostel has good location. 10 minutes easy walking to Tarasa Shevchenka metro station and only 3 stops to Maidan Nezalezhnosti (city center). We could find markets and restaurants near the hostel (Podil district) and I think it’s very good and safe place. We stayed at two bed room in hostel and room size and cleaning was enough for us. Hostel has sharing two bathrooms and toilets separately for men and women. Each bathroom has two showers and two toilets. It was Ok because we didn’t wait anytime. Hostel was not noisy and also reception and other staff was friendly and always helpful.
It’s cheap and few metro stops from Maidan, the place has potentials but long term residents makes the place very dirty and unwelcoming. For 100 uah is the best deal in Kiev though but you get what you pay for
