Велика комфортна квартира з сучасним ремонтом. Гарне співвідношення ціни та якості.

Квартира находится на ул. Владимирская прямо напротив оперного театра. Рядом находятся 2 станции метро. В квартире 2 спальни с двумя двуспальными кроватями и салон с раскладным диваном. Всё чисто и уютно. Есть в каждой комнате кондиционер и 2 радиатора. В доме находится консьерж у которой можно взять ключи и ей же заплатить, это очень удобно. Многие достопримечательности находятся рядом. Нам нужно было распечатать билеты на самолёт, обратились к хозяевам и нам их распечатали. Мы их забрали из офиса поздно вечером, офис работает круглосуточно. Мы были очень довольны квартирой и обслуживанием.

Расположение. Количество комнат: у ребенка была отдельная спальня. Мы сначала получили ключи, бросили вещи, потом только поехали в офис платить. В кухне новая мебель и техника.

Отличная квартира напротив Оперного театра и возле Крещатика. Все новое, современное, удобное. Квартира хороша для компании.

Прекрасное месторасположение и вид из окна. Все комнаты отдельные, просторные. Было немного прохладно, отопление уже не работало, но были обогреватели.

Clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, room is quite big. Location is perfect if you plan to travel via train further or to go to Borispol from the train station.

Staff are great. Very close to station. Very quiet too.

Located close to the central station (5min walking). Room was spacious and modern. Quiet and nice to sleep. Due to Eurovision, everything else was sold out so this was one of the very few options available.

My room was big and had everything for basic comfortable stay. One day there were no hot water in the morning, but staff reacted very fast and solved this problem . Girls on the reception are very polite and friendly. There is no window in the room , but it’s more a plus than a mines as you can sleep better :))) the shower is clean and has very good size . I would recommend this hotel for a short stay of 2-5 days .

Located very conveniently near Kiev Central Station, this hotel was clean, fully equiped with all necessary items and simply but tastefully refurbished. The bed was confortable and we had a good time and a restful sleep enveloped by the silence of the room. The young lady at the reception desk was very polite and helpful.

The room is pretty large considering the price. The location of the hotel is close to the railway station and metro station which is really important in Kiev.

Excellent location with also equally excellent rooms. Very clean throughout, in fact it was actually immaculate. Bed was very comfortable too and I was particularly impressed that Veronica, the Receptionist, was able to arrange not only for the taxi, bit also for a porter to help me with my extra luggage who not only carried my two extra heavy suitcases, but also assisted me in finding the right platform for my train from the hotel reception and took me right to my seat on the train. Very helpful staff at this hotel. I will use it again.

Staff were very helpful, central location, very good wifi

Location and staff more then all, but everything was good there.

The reception service is excellent- they know when to offer what, very smart ladies that find solutions effectively! I have made wrongly a night shorter booking and their receptionist was quick in realizing that and managed to set me in the last available room. Take care to keep this staff!

Its a nice place with location being the key advantage. The service is good and meets all basic requirements. Breakfast is interesting and different from routine & boring ones (good for vegetarians as well).

Big apartment, I slept on the sofa-bed – so that was ok, but wouldn’t fancy it for 2. Good heating & lots of hot water. Didn’t use the kitchen really, but everything is there, if you want it.

I found this apartment to be ideal for my trip, clean and tidy, everything that one could want in an apartment in a fantastic location.. The Hosts looks after the property kept me informed at all times. I would definitely return to this property

Everything -- -- the best hotel in Kyiv. And that is no exaggeration.

We all loved the hotel. The entire staff was exceptionally helpful from the minute we were picked up. We ordered a car service to pick us up at the airport. Yuri picked us up and told us history of Kiev and talked about the monuments that we passed. From check In to all areas of the hotel staff went out of their way. Breakfast had a good selection plus you could order eggs and oatmeal to what you wanted from the buffet. All of the staff was very attentive to all details.

It’s good hotel representing the “richness” of early 2000 and the taste of its owner.

The location of the the hotel is very good, lots of cafe’s around. Hotel has a very good lobby ambience, extremely good rooms. A very good spa. The hotel cafe is very nice too. i did not try the restaurant, but will do so in my next visit. The staff speaks good english.

Located in a residential area but no far from active area of Kiev. The hotel is very beautifully furnished, helpful and professional staff. The rooms are very quite and with nicely furnished. The buffet breakfast is not to be missed and so is the bar and the the restaurant. The food served at the Opera hotel is extraordinaire just like the hotel itself.

This was the first place we stayed in Kiev. Its great for a group (4-6) people to split a room. The location is right in the middle of numerous Gentlemen’s Clubs.

We would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a great stay there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was professionally cleaned every day. The location is the best you can get downtown Kiev with food shops, bars and restaurants around. The main street Hreshchatik is few metres away and there is a perfect transportation connection (there are 3 subway stations, which cover the 3 subway lines).

The apartment was really spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The unlimited free bottled water was a nice touch. The location is very central and is convenient for either walking or the metro. Everyone we saw was really friendly, especially Anatolij who met us with the key and showed us round. Many thanks.

The location is very nice. It’s a clean apartment. The staff likes to help. Ahmet thank you for the water and taxi.

The room is located right in the center (1 min. away from St. Sophia’s cathedral and 3 min. away from the Maidan) so it was very easy to get around the city. Although we arrived very late and left very early, we had no problems with the check-in/check-out process. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they literally provided 7/24 support through Whatsapp which was much appreciated.

The guy helping us with check in and showing the apartments was awesome! He was nice, very calm, clear when he didnt understand us for talking too fast. No problems with keys or deposit or contract. Apartments were truly clean and good, just would need newer beds (se on suggestions). Location GREAT! Recommend this place!!

The apartment was very nice. The location was really good. I also loved that there was a store to buy groceries across the street.

The apartment was great, it was minutes away from the main square and from loads of good bars and restaurants, however it was extremely quiet at night. The facilities were excellent the host was really easy to deal with and we had a fabulous time.
