The hotel room and the building of the hotel was fine. The only problem was how we could access it. Through a long and for the first view a scary small street. Later we become familiar with it and there was no problem. The cleanness of the hotel room and the whole hotel was really fine. In the bathroom (and toilette together) the problem was that the shower was not separeted and the water went everywhere. It is really uncomfortable if you want to sit to the WC when it is completly wet. A shelf was also missing, so I couldn’t put my soap, touthbrush … enywhere.
Location which is in the middle of Chinatown (great street food and temples).

The room was nice and bed comfy but the bathroom very tiny not much light and when you had a shower the floor filled with water drain was other side of room and everything got wet as there were no shower curtains
This was our second stay at Pho Place. The place is very well located, the staff is helpful. Our room was clean and contained everything we needed.
Very nice, comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. Not many frills – small amount of toiletries and no tea/coffe facilities in room, although you can get free hot drinks in the lobby. Right in the middle of fascinating Chinatown. Only drawbacks are that its down a short alley and taxis can’t find it. Our driver had to phone the hotel.
Near the train station and Chinatown the only drawback is that it is sort of hidden in an industrial area but other Thant that very enjoyable
Bob was great and very helpful from the moment we arrived! We loved our stay here and the location was excellent.
