The hotel sign is easy to spot when entering the sub-soi from Sukhumvit soi 22! Staff agreed to wait to meet me at the approximate time I expected to be in Bangkok. Rooms are cozy with fridge, microwave oven, hot water kettle, cable/flat-screen tv and a medium fill mattress. Basic toiletries and hot water are located in each room! The hotel is located on a dead-end soi so there wasn’t much street noise. Pictures are some of the power outlets available in the room I stayed at. A big plus for people who need to charge phones, laptops, powerbanks, etc. Spoken languages are Thai and English. I had a good conversation with Ms Bee. Thumbs up for the traveler who is looking to get away from the hustle of lower Sukhumvit without having to go too far.
First class accommodation and staff. Very clean with quality furnishings. A long mirror in the bedroom area would be welcome.

The location is good to take bts and plenty of bar all around
Close to shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, 7 Elevens, 2 BTS stations, 1 MRT station, supermarkets, massages, bars, dry cleaners, fast food – there is so much around this area – the location is amazing. I extended my stay by a further 7 nights because of the great location. Terminal 21, Emporium and Emquartier are all within walking distance. The price for the location is amazing. Around the corner from the guesthouse is Cheers Bar & Restaurant – has good food and service. On Sukhumvit Rd try The New Yorker cafe – it’s about a 15 minute walk from the guesthouse – also has great food and coffee. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and speak good English. Very helpful. Love having a kettle, fridge, microwave, cutlery and dishes. Nice little table and chairs for me to work from. I work from my laptop, so this place had the right price, comfortable room and workspace, and the fantastic location.
