The service was first-rate, the food and service at the three different restaurants (La Palapa, Mole, and Bana Fusion) were excellent. The Royal Service Junior Suite Swim-up room was beautiful and we loved the private entrance to the pool and the hot tub on the porch. The staff made certain my husband and I were comfortable. We loved the priority reservations to any restaurant we wanted and the personal service provided by our butlers, Alexander and Francisco. Adelaida and the other service staff were wonderful! From the bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, to the aromatherapy pillows, to the chocolates on the pillows, to the early morning breakfasts (perfectly prepared)…the experience was unforgettable!

Restaurants were great. Food and service were terrific with the exception of the pool cafe (Sunset). Our servers always seemed disinterested and almost rude. Room and cleaning staff were great. This resort is big and busy – super if that’s what you are looking for. We found the beach to be a nice reprieve from the "action" and music poolside in the afternoons.

The property is so amazingly beautiful and well laid out. The check in/out was very accommodating. Our flight home wasn’t until 8:30PM and we were given a hospitality room to shower and change and the ability to stay on the property until our van pick up. We were very pleased with the room and the amenities. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated.
