The restaurant staff were professional, cool to have animals walking around.
Staffs are super kind. It was easy to be friends with other guests, staffs. Activities at the pool are colorful and fun. The breakfast buffet is great. Especially fresh fruit juice and omelet. Also Mexican restaurant food and Tequila is awesome. Japanese restaurant showed fire show, it’s fantastic(Now I am staying at a triple price hotel in Punta cana, but Ocean Maya show is better). I became friends with staffs and I was able to learn Spanish naturally. The room is big and splendid. I can see many animals. deer, raccoon, Iguana.. so cute. In a word, it is fantastic. I want to praise more and to say I love Mexico!! Muchas Gracious Amiga, Amigo.!

The resort was absolutely beautiful and well kept. The staff and hospitality was excellent. All the restaurants was so delicious and there was entertainment all day long. I definitely recommend the privilege upgraded package.
The place is very comfortable and it has five different restaurants to choose for dinner, all of them with good food.
The room was nice a cool. And the Staff was really friendly and nice! Resort was kept well and clean! They had different entertainment every night.
Room is spacious and confortable. The swimming pools are large and can accomodate all guests interested in swimming and/or bathing. Good and very diverse food in restaurants.
Loved the service, clean and manicured property, and the rooms were nice. Food was very good and everyone was friendly. Privilege Room – Enjoyed the private eating area and beach area. Also, access to some of the top shelf liquor was nice. The wildlife on the property is amazing. The pool layouts are great. (1) pool just for relaxing and another pool where volleyball and activities are going with a swim up bar.
Always something to do never a boring moment. Plenty of selection when it came to the food. All inclusive was the way to go. Would go again
