Very good gym. Great roof pool, large enough to swim (
20m). The hotel is located a bit aside of main attractions (15min walk to Petronas Towers, 25min to Central Market, 15 min to Bukit Bintang) but the advantage is that it is pretty quiet, no traffic around. My room was very well equipped, including washing machine and little kitchen.
Staff were very good with children Was given free upgrade on room. Excellent room with perfect view of menara KL
The manager was very hospitable and accomodating. His hospitality compensated for any small discomforts. It was raining and they aranged the hotel van to detour for me especially so I could attend a meeting. They would also emphasize to take hotel umbrellas to keep us dry during rains, and prevent us from spoiling our own umbrellas.
The room was spacious, clean and fully equipped with all the neccessity. Will definately come back again.

Ideal location, right in city centre. Walking distance to subway/train station. On arrival we were given a room upgrade at no extra cost.
the staffs are very nice,they upgraded our room to a much bigger one and We were like “REALLY”? cleanliness is always a priority of mine when it comes to choosing a hotel and what’s more amazing is that the hotel is located at the heart of the city..I definitely recommend this hotel for those who want to stay in KL.
