Good value for price: Well equipped gym (for a hotel), pool, spa included in the price. The hotel was very clean. All the toilettries that you would need available – even shaving cream, razor, toothbrushes, over 5 different hair products. The hotel staff was helpful and fluent in english.
Very clean, excellent staff – very nice facilities
Located close to Dotonbori, with shops and restaurants. And not far from Namba train station. Great spa facilities, gym and swimming pool.
– Nice relaxation room. – Quiet capsule space (section closed from the spa). – The capsules room section is cleaner than the hotel site.
The whole concept was great. Nice way to experience how Japanse men live life. Nice facilities! Very friendly staff.

The staffs are amazing. Even though their English not excellent except the two young girls, they’re really helping whatever we need. Start from offering private shower (we’re quite shy to get bath in open bathroom) and to help me out for my lost phone. I’m such overwhelmed by the kindness they give. Next trip, this will be my favorite place to stay in Osaka.
