没有满意只有噩梦！首先房东随意和重复扣款，至今五日过去还没退还！预定的时候扣了189欧，入住前一天就从我信用卡里扣款252欧（含城市税和清洁费），可是第二天又扣了234欧房款还说没重复扣款，我退房后五天，还试图在我的信用卡上扣45欧所谓的清洁费！GodDamn！希望book ing能完善系统，不能让房东随意无上限扣款，否则我们这些客户没安全可言！还有入住第二天早上，我们把钥匙忘记插在门后锁上，必须找他们开锁，一开始他们说开锁很贵要200欧，身在异国他乡的我无法讨价还价，只能任由宰割！可是紧接着七点钟时他们直接从我信用卡里扣走了300欧！God Damn！害得我还以为我的卡被盗了！取钥匙也是一个很艰难很艰难的过程，如果你没有足够耐心和好的英语聆听，还有看地图能力，你休想取到钥匙！我发了N个邮件问钥匙，没有人回复！幸好住在一楼的一个中国小伙子借电话给我打电话给管钥匙的人，（这小伙子一见面就说这房东很烦，他被坑了60欧），通过很费劲的聆听管钥匙的人小声而差劲的英语，我终于弄明白我们要搭船去另外一个码头，然后上船去某个街道某栋楼下的一个紧急信箱里凭着他给的密码打开取到钥匙！狗考验人的吧！
