Everything was perfect. The location was superb. San Samuele taxi boat dock is a minute from the apartment. So easy for hopping in a water taxi or walking anywhere. Palazzo Grassi where we saw Damien Hirst’s exhibiton was at the end of the street. Very upmarket area of Venice. Great choice of cafes and restaurants in Campo Stefano nearby. Very comfy beds. The apartment was luxurious and spacious. Our host Samy was super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We visit Venice every year with our children and we will definitely stay at Joseph again.
It was an amazing experience, very helpful and friendly staff, perfect location, very clean rooms with amazing smells .
Our Hosts were simply perfect. Made our visit to Venice run smoothly without complication. They came to meet us and were full of helpful information and on hand anytime to accommodate us in any way we required. My daughter and I would highly recommend this property for location and comfort, easy walking distance to many local attractions. We will definitely return again. We feel everyone should enjoy the apartments as much as we did.
Loved everything about this property. Location is central to rialto and san marco. We had 2 x 2 bed apartments and both were immaculate and bigger than anything else we stayed in during our tour of Europe. Samy was a fantastic host.
