Very friendly staff , rooms big and comfortable , very accommodating and very near to city but yet on a beautiful coast where you can swim just outside the front door
The Hotel had been flooded the week before we arrived and the staff were excellent in helping us enjoy our brief stay. The proximity to the water was an added bonus and the open air veranda for breakfast was excellent
The location was great we were able to cross the street and hop into the Adriatic Sea without any crowds and walk to a really nice restaurant for dinner. There were maybe 6 parking spots and we were lucky and one was available when we arrived. There were beach towels available for us to use which was really nice.
Considering the very fair price we paid in August the room was fine. Very basic, clean with a renovated bathroom. It was the budget twin room located on the ground floor. Ok for a two night stay.
Perfect location just next to sea. comfortable parking infront of hotel. good connection to Zadar city, by public transport, 10 HRK / person / ride, every 30 min. Friendly staff ready to help. good working WiFi on room.
Very nice hotel located on the promenade with beautiful sea view terrace. Owner was very kind, helpful and patient for me. There was no problem with very late coming and check in. In the morning very good buffet breakfast was served. Then I could swim in the sea just 20 m from the hotel entrance. There are not many places like this so I will definitely come back.
I had a room on the top floor that had a view directly onto the sea, which was about the best view I could have hoped for. The location was very good; there is a bus stop within very close walking distance that will connect you to central Zadar, and it’s not a very busy area, which I preferred. It wasn’t quite warm enough to swim during the time I was there, but if it was later in the summer there are places close by that would be ideal for a swim. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet and laid back for those looking to relax.
