Clean, shiny, cozy room. The WiFi was really stable and fast. The staff is always very nice and ready to help. The bar on the 4th floor is not too expensive, and the bartender is very kind and helpful.
Excellent value for money. Huge room. Next to a large shopping centre and water park. You need a car to get into town or use public transport. Great for parking. We travelled out on day trips and found it easy to return each night. The staff all speak English. Terrific breakfast with huge number of options included in room rate.
Nice place to stay in Krakow. Very good access to the city center and highway.

Large, well staffed and appointed hotel with good (but payable) parking area next to a water park and close to a hypermarket, cinema complex and convenient bus stop to the centre. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast area very well provided for with an excellent choice. The staff were all very professional and friendly with the housekeeping staff thorough and unobtrusive.
Most staff was nice and helpful. Place was clean. Spa experience very nice.
The breakfast was incredible. Huge selection and there was different offerings everyday! Staff spoke good English and were happy to book a taxi for us whenever we needed one. Rooms were really clean!!! Beds were comfy and a really good power shower. All taxi drivers knew the hotel so really easy to just pick up a taxi to get back for anywhere.
