The reception lady was speaking English very well and was very helpful. The room was clean but could use some refurbishment as well as the bathroom. Beds were clean but extremely hard. Breakfast was fair but could use some vegies and fruit, eggs would be nice. Paid parking was nearby. Very good location for exploring the city. 5 min walk from the main market and other atractions.
Very convenient and economic stop over. The room was a little small and dark but for one night it’s not a problem. Very close to shopping area and artistic quarter.

The location is brilliant, you will never find better in Porto, staff in the reception is very helpful and friendly; breakfast was normal for us. you can easily remove your luggage with elevator.
