Very friendly and helpful reception staff, large, clean and comfortable accommodation with a separate bedroom for our two daughters. The property is easily accessible using the funicular from the base of Dom Luis Bridge with the top stop 5 minute easy stroll away and costs 2.5Euro each way or stroll down the hill via the fantastic shopping and Majestic Café.
The reception was very friendly and nice, even if we had some minor issues with the payment. The facilities simple, but all you need is there. Also very clean place. Oh, no elevator there, as in most places in central parts of the city.
The apartment is very neat and spacious. WE liked the outside garden. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see during our visit in Porto.
Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Well located for easy walks to major sites, nice restaurants and supermarkets. Tours also picked you up from this location rather than asking you to meet somewhere else.
The location was very spacious clean and close to important points of interest.
Rooms are very spacious and feel luxury given the price. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is nice as well. I have stayed in both the 2-person and 5/6-person room. Both were great, and big enough for the group. I can recommend both.
Nice duplex room, good kitchen, properly heated water (no gas heaters as commonly used in Portugal), good location, parking house few minutes away
Location, the cleanness, the hostess upon arrival was lovely.
