The staff was very attentive and the hotel kept my bags for me. Also called a taxi. They lend a cool nightgown. The hotel amenities are good, but they did not have bath salts, nor showercap.
It had a decent bathtub and the tram lines in front of the hotel went everywhere. It also had great pillows and nice toiletries.
Basically the entire stay was perfect. No complaints. Pepe makes a great cocktail and the staff was really friendly and helpfull.
Breakfast. Bacon and proper fried egg available on request.
Awesome hotel, got a promotion price for the Kingsize Room in January 2017 cause they just opened their premises. The hotel features a small, but nice spa area with Japanese still hot tubs and a sauna that guests can use for free. Breakfast was some Miso soup, teriyaki chicken and also a little buffet with bread, juice and water. The hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location near the South Gate in Chiang Mai, where a big food market is located, is also perfect. You can walk there from the hotel. P.S.: I can’t compare it to Ryoakan’s in Japan as I’ve never been to Japan, so can’t say how authentic it is.
Lovely hotel in a great area. Close to the metro, shops, restaurants etc. We asked for a room with a balcony and a bath, and we got this. We were delighted with it. The bath salts were a nice addition! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. It was so helpful that we could print off our boarding passes and leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours before our evening flight.
super clean rooms location – 10 min to metro station 15 min to shopping center room just like on the photos – really nice and comfy
Good value motel. Although it’s a little grimy it’s overall a good value for the price you pay. From the motel it takes about 20-25 min to walk to downtown and major metro stops, so not terrible. It’s not a terrible area although walking around too late at night would probably not be wise.
So friendly and nice staff. You get welcome with glass of fresh orange juice and lots of smile form the reception. That makes you feel much better after being stressed by driving in the city and looking for the place to park your car. Fresh fruits and water provided in the room, nice swimming pool, functional WiFi.
