Very helpful staff, tried to make our stay better. Location is superb – everything is walking distance.
The hotel is 5 min on foot from Shimbashi station. There are lots of restaurants nearby, as well as 24h supermarkets and kombinis. THe facilities are impecable, the bed very comfortable and a big plus is the, for japanese standards, spaciuos bathroom. Ginza is only 10 min walk away.
Fantastic Service, dining outside, beautiful structure, convenient location.
Very comfortable room, only had breakfast one day and one evening meal but both excellent. The location was wonderful right by the river and the local architecture was very interesting. Staff were very helpful and no language problems, we speak English with no Polish.

Fantastic location close to the main train station and key metro lines. Very comfortable room, especially by Tokyo standards. Great views of one of the most picturesque areas in Tokyo. Lot’s of staff, all very helpful and committed to a high level of service.

Great Location, just steps from cafes, bars and historic spots in Rome. Awesome Staff, so friendly and helpful. Otiz the manager takes his job so seriuos and did what ever was in his hands to make us feel great. Room was awesome, perfect view from the balcony and clean.
The pool, gym, large open lounge /foyer and excellent food – salmon and sea bass dishes. Service of staff.
