I like this hotel very much (breakfasts are good, location is convenient, nice interior).
Comfort, good breakfast was prepared before regular time for us
The location is exceptional, between the medieval town and the Jewish district, a 5 mn walk from the Castle. The room where you have breakfast is very picturesque and so are the walls covered with paintings. In my 4 days I saw quite a bit of staff but one of the front desk people was almost rude and when I wanted to know more about the hotel he told me he didn’t have a clue… I eventually found the info 3 meters away from his desk!
Location staff and value for money i can’t fault
Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel staff was very freindly and helpful. The hotel was very richly decorated with beatiful paintings.
Location of the hotel is very good (very near Wawel and the center). The breakfast room is big and beautiful with many paintings, breakfast was good too. We could park our car right in front of the hotel behind a gate.

Great location between the old city and Kazimierz, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, quiet during the night.
Good location in central Krakow about equidistant between the old town and Kazimierz. We used the on street parking which is free at weekends but apparently there is some paid for private parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice decor in the main dining/breakfast room. Value seemed reasonable for central Krakow on a holiday weekend.
