The staff were very friendly and helpful and really went the extra mile to make one feel welcome. The hotel is perfectly located and very good value for money. I would definitely stay there again.
Sometime you read reviews that say that the staff was really friendly. Well, this is the place where the staff makes all the difference and makes you want to come back. The staff are absolute professionals and make you feel extremely welcome. The receptionist Ha was simply fantastic and made everything possible to make our stay absolutely amazing. We needed to go to a pharmacy and she went with us to translate and help. They were absolutely helpful even after we checked out so that we could repack, take a shower and prepare for our trip to Sapa.
Staffs here are all amazing. The reception are all very kind and helpful, especially when we found hard to communicate with the local, they are willing to pick the call and translate for us. What surprising us is they did send us sms in evening time to make sure we are at least safe and willing to offer help if we encounter language barrier. Thanks Jenny, Thien, Tracy and all other helpful staff! Hotel are in city hub and room are clean!
Fantastic team who really try hard to make sure your stay is a pleasure. We arrived in the very early hours of the morning after a delayed flight and the staff onsite were sleeping in reception and happy to check us in. The rooms while small but well appointed with everything you need for a short stay and bathroom was immaculate. Our room didn’t have a balcony or a common area for smoking. The restaurant served a good breakfast – buffet style. The hotel is really central and is an easy walk to the lake. Highly recommend the weekend markets around the lake.. lots to see, do and eat!

Staff is five star. Super friendly and give great recommendations on place to try and things to do. The place is well located in old town and is very clean. Breakfast offers a good mix of east and western options
