Decent sized room, everything was clean and was fine for one night stay. Great location in Hanoi Old Quarter. Breakfast was good, small buffet and eggs can be ordered how you like them. Staff were friendly and helpful.

On arrival the staff couldn’t be more nicer to us. Was an uncomfortable flight and taxi ride to the hotel so we just wanted to get in our room and have a sleep so the staff done a fast check in and other staff helped us with our bags to our room which was a really nice size, we had 2 single beds (our fault for not ticking double bed on website) but they already pushed the beds together for us so it wasn’t a problem. Beds & pillows are so soft and very comfortable. Bathroom was a wet room also a nice size. Amazing location, 10 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants (old quarter) We used this hotel as a base for when we visited sapa & halong bay so over all we stayed in this hotel 5 nights because we liked it that much. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so comfortable and easy.
