The service was excellent, and the facilities were great. The views from the hotel are also really nice. The is a great photo opportunity on the 6th floor to get a great photo of the parliament building. The breakfast had a nice selection of both hot and cold food, and the hotel is centrally located.

It’s priced fairly for what you get the aircon works well and the wifi is excellent. Good hot water (after 5mins running the shower) bathroom isn’t smelly like some hotels in bali.
Very clean apartment with everything you could want for a stay in split.
Almost from each and every angle & prospects this is a best 5 star hotel and that is also at very very reasonable price. Near international Attaturk Airport, Grand and classy lobby with beautiful interior, Uncounted delicious Breakfast spread in Grand Breakfast Hall, all rooms are very big with all amenities and have beautiful view of city, cleanliness is superb, linen are very fine, very comfort size of Bathroom with shower area, every hour to and fro shuttle bus service for Airport and Taksim. And top of the all hotel staff from concierge, reception to house keeping, room service, to restaurent each and every staff are very polite and friendly. And at reception counter specially I found Miss Basak, Miss Canan, Mr. Emrah and Mr. Emre are so nice, friendly and cooperative to the guest.

Great staff. Especially daniela. Really wellcoming and nice person. Helps you all the time. A place to meet a lot of people. Next to campeche beach. Good wifi. Nice hammocks in the garden-area.
The location was excellent as it was on a Tram Stop. The trams are free in the Central City & a good way to get around. The staff at bookin were extremely friendly & helpful

The room was better than expected and the staff was really friendly.
A wonderful stay , airport pickup arranged by hotel was very timely , swift check in , staff at front desk are really nice , smiley , and helpful at all times, facility needs a bit of renovation , yet caters well for a practical stay … breakfast feels like homemade … Metro station and bus stop are 5 minutes walk away .. A perfect choice !!
