The location is perfect. There is a lot of restaurants, coffee stops, shopping malls…etc. The breakfast was amazing, the team is nice, the hotel is just 5 minutes walk from West Lake. You can easy go to all big malls / no need to take taxi – bus – car. All this area is perfect!

Location. Very near to XiHu and food store nearby.
Excellent Location next to West Lake and near to all facilities including restaurants. Person at concierge desk was very good, he guided us a lot.
3 minutes walk to the West Lake. Restaurants and shops cross the street. Very nice buffet breakfast with fresh made dumplings, noddles and buns. The swimming pool is quite and nice.

Bed was comfortable. Block out (sun) curtains. Good gym. Pool. Check in and check out was smooth. Near to Hyatt Hotel and the lake. Round the corner to the right of the hotel is a street of restaurants. There is room service.
Great location close to scenic area As in walking distance. Very friendly staff. Considering the out dated bathroom and deco the floor staff is doing a decent job within what they where thought and considering the age of furniture tiles with cracks etc.
After reading mixed reviews, I was positively surprised from the hotel. Staff was nice (although I speak Mandarin so it was easy), rooms comfortable (yet a bit small) and location was excellent.
