I love the balcony, room was clean, also location was really great! It was near the main station (so we did not have to travel with luggage long) and there was a lot of shops, restaurants nearby. To get to St. Marco took us 30 min.
It was very convenient to train station and gondola stop
The hotel was terrible! and i visit Venice many times…this was the worst and at a very high price. There was no hot water in the morning after my arrival and only a trickle of cold water. The rooms were on the fourth floor without a lift. No assistance was offered to my friends of nearly eighty years of age. and no apology at all from the rather surly staff. We were thoroughly disappointed There was also no breakfast …A very very bad memory!
It was a very comfortable and clean environment. Situated near train station and the People’s Mover to the Port. Free wifi very convenient!!!
The holet is near train station. The shower splash fast and planty of water.
We asked the lady who checked us in to reccomend some restaurants. She recommended three and each of them were excellent and close by.
Very helpful and nice staff. Super convenient location since we had an early morning train to Rome.

Short walking distance from train station. Easy to take bus to airport too or go to vaporette stop. Room clean, spacious and comfortable. Fast internet speed. Comfortable beds.
Everything about this property and my stay was perfect. The only thing that could have made it better was staying longer.
