We booked a two bedroom apartment. Location was a short walk from St Marks Square where the ferry stop is located. Apartment was clean with a good kitchen and good wifi. Bedrooms were a good size. Great to stay in Venice to get an early start before the crowds arrive.
Great location. Even it is only 3 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco, Apartment is quiet as it is faced with narrow street. Rooms are simply decorated but comfortable to stay. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed walking around all over the city.
The owner was very nice and the appartment was absolutely amazing!
The apartment was absolutely fabulous. We are independent travelers and other than knowing the basics of the apartment we don’t require much else – so this was the perfect option. The apartment is appointed beautifully and has more than enough room. Many windows and a beautiful view to a courtyard from the master bedroom windows. The location is very convenient to San Marco and the Vaporetto stops – there are only a couple of turns involved and one small bridge to cross and you are then at the front door. 1st Floor – no elevator – stairs are very steep. Restaurants and Produce shops are very near. If you do not require a concierge this is perfect. We were there four days but could have easily stayed four weeks.
Benedetta was lovely. Location was fantastic – close to tourist spots and local meeting places therefore close to reasonably priced trattorias. Benedetta was very helpful, gave us lots of local information and was flexible with how and when we could pay her,

L’emplacement géographique !! Chambres spacieuses !! Lave linge très pratique !! Bien équipé en linge de maison !! Très bien décoré moderne et épuré !!
Accueil très gentil, on nous a attendu suite à notre retard, tres bien situé et au calme.
A localização é perfeita para explorar Veneza, há alguns minutos a pé da estação do vaporeto. O apartamento é confortável e espaçoso, além de decorado com detalhes de design muito bonitos. Benedetta é muito gentil e disponível (e fala português!!).
Friendly staff especially the lady who checked me in and out I faced some inconvenience with third party she helped to solve it in excellent matter
