Гостевой дом расположен в 10 минутах ходьбы от моря и недалеко от центра города в живописном районе. Хозяева и́ персонал очень гостеприимны и заботливы. Все необходимое для проживания есть(все указанное в описании номера присутствует). Сами комнаты сделаны со вкусом и чувством стиля. Желаю процветания и по больше гостей!
Комфортно, уютно, чисто, спокойно. Доброжелательность хозяев и персонала. Приезжайте не пожалеете. Ривьера, пляж всё рядом.
Очень радушное отношение к отдыхающим. Чистота. Наличие кухни на каждом этаже. Наличие бассейна.
Удобное расположение до моря 10 минут,до остановки 10 минут, экскурсионные автобусы забирают вас первыми, наличие кондиционера очень порадовало,и очень удобная кровать
Отличный гостевой дом. Хозяева были очень радушны и гостеприимны, встретили с вокзала и довезли до дома, по дороге провели мини-экскурсию по центру Сочи и подробно описали где что находится в окрестностях дома. В номере регулярно проводилась уборка, сменяли полотенца и белье. Также, на случай когда лень куда-либо идти, есть небольшой бассейн (см. фото), зонты и шезлонги, где можно комфортно поваляться. В шаговой доступности есть неплохое кафе с приемлемыми по сочинским меркам ценами, это если не захочется готовить самим. Для приготовления пищи на каждом этаже гостевого дома есть кухня с необходимой посудой и столовыми приборами. Кондиционер работал исправно, не подводил. Довольно шустро работал Wi-Fi, роутеры висят в разных частях дома, обеспечивая стабильный доступ в сеть.
Отличное расположение,в пешей доступности парк Ривьера,а так же центральный пляж Ривьера.Недалеко от дома бесплатный,чистый пляж,очень благоустроенный с шезлонгами,душевыми и туалетом.На пляже имеется детский бассейн.Уютный светлый номер,удобная кровать,белоснежное белье.Домашняя обстановка,даже имеется стиральная машинка,хорошая кухня,небольшая зона отдыха ,есть мангал,чистый бассейн,оборудован зонтами и шезлонгами.Доброжелательный персонал!Мы второй раз приезжаем сюда с огромным желанием и очень рекомендую.Более того 100% цена соответствует качеству.
Понравились хозяева , приветливые, доброжелательные, готовы помочь в любое время суток. Одним словом ,ОНИ СУПЕР!
Хороший трансфер. Большой дом. Чистота. Можно приготовить пищу для себя, но посуда оставляет желать лучшего (сковорода, ложки-вилки и т.п). Красивый вид с балкона. Бассейн. Но очень глубокий (около 2,5 м). Хороший вариант для тех, кто приезжает на машине или арендует автомобиль в Сочи
Отель превосходный! Номер очень уютный, постельное бельё белоснежное и ароматное! Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый! Очень понравился бассейн и зона отдыха! Получили огромное удовольствие от отдыха! Спасибо огромное за уют, комфорт и заботу!
