U menya chto-to s key boardom, tak chto napishu po angliyski. So, our trip to Sochi was a success to this hotel. It is absolutely stunning with its interior and exterior design, room size and comfort. The staff at the hotel is the most communicative and well-trained, with a great attitude towards tourists. The hotel is in a very quite place, just on the bus stop which eases the access to the sea and any other location in the center of Sochi within 3-10 minutes time. The food was excellent, good variety in the morning, and restaurant service in the evening. My kids loved the pool, it was clean and the area around very green indeed.
Everything new and well kept, very friendly personnel, nice very clean Swimming Pool. Possibility to use access to sea at Swissotel, excellent Restaurant.
Staff friendliness and willingness to help (which is not always the case in Russia), location, family- and kids-friendly.

Обстановка очень душевная. Обслуживающий персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. Чистота и уют. Спа очень радует массажами, и возможностью согреться в пасмурную погоду.
Хороший отель в районе Бытхи. Вежливый персонал, Оплата картой, нормальные завтраки.
