Excellent hotel, very good location, couple of meters away from metro and train station. Beautiful aera around : covered pedestrian streets with many shops and restaurants. Big room (for Japan) fully equiped (even an ipad !)
Staff extremely warm and caring. I had asked for a quiet room and was actually given one! The bed had two very comfortable pillows. Everything in tip-top condition, & good security. Nice breakfast.
The staff were super friendly!! They seem to have foreigner staff and can speak your language! The building is stylish, the cafe area is open 24hr, so you can have coffee/tea anytime

The staff were so friendly! They all spoke at least two languages, some of them spoke three (Japanese, English, Korean, etc.), so that was really impressive. And when I asked them to bring another towel to the room, they left us a cute handwritten note, thanking us for staying at the hotel and wishing us good travels. It was so sweet, they really went above and beyond. This hotel is also in a great location. It’s only a 5-minute walk to both a JR train station (Shin-Imamiya) as well as the Midosuji subway line station (Doubutsuen-Mae), so you can get pretty much anywhere via those two options. Or at least to another station where you can do a quick transfer to get where you wanna go! The rooms are nice, albeit a little crowded if everyone has a big suitcase. But it was really clean, had a nice bathroom setup with the toilet, sink/vanity, and shower all in separate rooms, and the beds were comfortable. Overall a really great stay!
The property owners were very attentive to my emails. All of the above was annoying but didn’t ruin my trip to Budapest. The apartment was situated in a good location although the neighborhood is a bit sketchy . Plenty of places to eat. The property owners were very helpful in setting up a spa day for us and getting us a cab to the airport.
