Windows on two sides, the view, and the comfort of the King size bed
Very friendly staff, quiet and decent breakfast. Definitely value for money.
Staff upgraded me to the presidential suite, which was SWEET! Very nice manager at the desk, genuinely wanted my stay to be great, which it was.
The foyer of the hotel smells AMAZING! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurants are good if you like eating at the hotel. We enjoy walking so the location was fine for us as we were happy to walk, but if you don’t like walking you’ll have to catch a cab or bus.
This hotel is probably owned by one of many private universities in Sarajevo (not sure, but it has the University hotel label in its name). It definitely looks and feels like a de luxe version of a student accomodation. There are also many students in the hall, and the dining place is a typical student mensa. The place is not very expensive and is quite OK for a quick lodging in Sarajevo. I have nothing special to add – it’s new, clean and has cable TV with 100+ all kinds of TV channels. Nice WiFi. A good convenience store in the lobby.
The property managers are very nice people, very helpful and even they go out of the way.
Excellent hotel, perfect location walking distance to main tourist attractions including London Eye, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. The hotel is also right beside Waterloo station which is ideal. Staff were very friendly and hotel room was amazing, very spacious and clean. Breakfast was exceptional lots to offer including a make your own waffle station. We requested a room with a view, would definitely recommend this as the hotel has a total of eight floors.
