I loved the location and the cleanliness of the rooms. The value for a 2 bedroom apartment was priceless.
We had a great view of the Lagoon from our room. (A2) It was easy to find and get to -- not a lot of walking with luggage along narrow canals since it was located on the Grand Canal waterfront near the Arsenale vaporetto stop. The bathroom was nicely upgraded with a large shower and rain shower nozzle.
The location is out of this world, it’s super near JR station, walked under 1 minute
Great to have an air conditioner! We arrived early to drop our bags off and our room was ready then- muchas gracias

Great location in a peaceful neighborhood; near a park with a lot of cafes and restaurants. Very helpful staff.
Located close from Khao San Road, but in a much quieter street. Within a walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The room seemed renovated and clean. The breakfast selection was large and everyone can find something for themselves.

The staff at the reception were extremelly helful to call a taxi or to give advices on sightseeing. Or simply to borrow a power adapter. The breakfast – the coffee was strong, which you can not see very often; they serve also 3-4 types of fruits, juices, few types of cheese, ham, cereals, egs, swuits and bread. Overall was really deliciuos breakfast. The sitting are is really pleasant with all green plants on the wall.
Really enjoyed the home feel of the apartment and the safety. I enjoyed the service of the hosts that were present at the property. Security to enter the building and apartment felt very safe. The apartment was incredible.

The location of the hotel was great and very central. However, it was very noisy, but the hotel staff thought this was unusual as there was some kind of construction work going on.
The room was pretty and clean and the neighbourhood was just amazing.
The service was brilliant, incredible. They make you feel as at home. The staffs are absolutely perfect. Over welcoming, all of them are having beautiful smile and is worth to go there. We are looking forward to go again. Everything is so delightful.
