The location is very central, you can go almost everywhere on foot! The people in the reception were so polite and always smiling, that made our stay there even better! Big and confortable bed, big bathroom with "rain" shower. We also had a bottle of water in the room when we arrived.
The property was very lovely and the staff was extremely helpful. So welcoming to come back to the hotel and see their smiling faces. We did take an excursion which wasn’t what we thought. The hotel was very thoughtful and gave us a bottle of port and chocolates to show their apologies. The excursion was nice just not what we thought it was supposed to be. Also, the topos restaurant recommendation turned out horrible so the attendant was very kind to hear our comments.
Central location, state of the art interior, very clean, very friendly staff. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast was exceptionally good and opulent. It is a little pricey but totally worth it.

Fantastic service from the front desk – one of the most helpful reception staff I’ve experienced. This is definitely the highlight of the hotel. The rooms were clean and does the job in a city you should spend most of your time outside exploring 🙂
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated their restaurant advice and assistance with bookings. The hotel offered a high quality, full breakfast. We had a maintenance problem that was quickly addressed.
