Very nice welcome reception and helpful information about Porto. Took time to answer questions and show us our two rooms. The reception staff are very friendly. Everything was clean and modern, even in the older parts of the buildings. The grounds are well-maintained. The location is vey convenient for everything – it’s possible to walk around Porto easily and the hotel is really in the middle of things, but is extremely quiet.
Wonderful reception staff, breakfast was good, and room spacious, and coffee facilities offered in room a bonus!
Hotel staff is amazing, super nice, really care that we have a good experience, not only at the hotel, but also in the city of Porto. Hotel location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown, and with amazing view from the terrace!

From the time we arrived the staff were brilliant. The hotel was situated close to the metro station and a ten minute stroll down hill to the river. Our bedroom was of a very good size and extremely comfortable with a modern bathroom, shower and bath. Very nice area towards the back with sun loungers and seating and a grassed area where we looked out over the roofs of Porto. Beautiful.

Beautifully kept property with lovely facilities (bring swimwear for the jacuzzi and sauna/bath) and garden. Friendly staff (especially Patrizia and Marco). Amazing location, could walk around to all the sites.
It is an all suites property with an staff that goes above and beyond expectations. Felt like home but with great service.
