When we arrived there was a problem with the air con when we informed the reception they got someone to come over straight away and in the end moved us to another villa efficiently. Staff were nice and very friendly. Breakfast good, good location. Hotel pool was great!
Good morning, everyone. I came from Baku with my family and we spent 3 nights in theTrass Hotel. First of all I would recommend to change the rating scale of this Hotel to 100, not 10. And I would put 100 of 100 for this hotel, and for personal. Very clean Hotel Rooms, very good and friendly personal. Breakfast is perfect, kitchen and dining room are clean, food and dish is fresh. Personal is very good, I would say excellent guys. Thanks to all them, and specially to Mahmood, Sorry, another guys! I did not remember your name. Great staff!! Santiago went out of his way to help us find someone who would take care of us and help us plan our vacation with setting up great tours around the area. Will definately be back to stay with them again.
The appartment was supposed to host 4people. There was only one bedroom with double bed, a sofa and the staff brought a small bed not comfortable at all. In the end, the real number of people who could have verb accomodated was 2 and not 4 as expected. The staff was not recheable at all, trying to contact them several times to explain the problem.
