Great location, close to airport and mall of Asia, the hotel is now very tired and is in desperate need of repairs, toilets don’t flush properly some air cons work others don’t, the housekeeping is of excellent standards and the staff are always helpful, the breakfast is a little disappointing

Air condition is good, place is very close to almost everything, I was amazed! I had eye an dental checked my mom had Thai massage, because all of this is just a minute away from the hotel perfect for my family.Food served in the restaurant is superb and affordable.
First thing, I think the place is very good for a short time stay. The location was the first thing that I found satisfactory. Breakfast was also decent. There were very accommodating staffs as well. The WiFi was enough, taking into account that the hotel was almost full. Plus, there was 7/11 next door. Very convenient. I think, considering everything, I was grateful I had a place to stay for 5 days which was within the range of my plans and budget.
Nothing, the receptionist is rude and never smiles. I stayed here for 4 night and no one offered me fresh towels, change of sheets, or even toilet paper. The male staff are lovely, however the females aren’t welcoming.
The lighting fixture in Room 409 can be fixed to be more bright especially if you are reading in your bed.
SMOKING ALLOWED IN ROOM! YAAAAAAAY!! (No ashtray though! Maybe if you ask). Close to the airport. Cheap. Good for budget travelers or stopovers between flights. Friendly and helpful people. Nice clean sheets. (No extra blanket though). Clean room and shower. Plenty of hot water. Towels and some toiletries provided. Could have got 2 couples/4 people in the room for AU$50-ish in 2 queen beds. Lent me adaptor plug to charge phone, even though it didn’t belong to her. Couple of friendly pussycats around! (Missing mine!) Bit of breakfast included in price (didn’t have, so not sure what). Would stay again. 🙂

Good location, 7 min walking from Southern Railway Station + Area is quiet and green + Parking available (but only for 3-4 cars) + Spacious room with nice interior + Comfortable bed + Nice balcony + Coffee machine is available at shared kitchen
