I was expecting for a great service from this property. But they were very unprofessional especially the other girl. Very RUDE! Piece of Advice, if you want to stay in this kind of business for long, make sure to handle it well and be professional, friendly, polite and most of all, have some respect! Next time whenever you assist the guest, have some balls to serve it well since we’re paying you of the services we are looking for! Pathetic!
Nice TV and Cable Key service lady was very helpful.
The host was very accommodating and toiletries were even provided. We really love the way the room was designed. It was color coordinated. The theme is really nice and pleasing to the eye as well the ambience. The location is also good. Very accessible. Highly recommended! We really enjoyed our stay.
