Firstly the hotel is 3 floors without any lift facility. They must mention this in their write up. They give me a room in the ground floor. The bed was full of crawling insects. There was a rat in the room. I arrived at the place at 10.30 pm It was too late to try and find an other hotel. On their write up they say there is electric kettle in every room. They lie. There is nothing. Useless. I requested their attendant in the morning for some hot boiling water to enable me to prepare tea and he never served. Useless place and they must refund my money.
We contacted that in advance to say we would arrive early by overnight train and leave early the next day which they agreed to. The guy on reception however didn’t know about this and was difficult. Eventually we got a room which had dirty sheets on and was unpleasant. The owner was fine and agreed a reduced rate but i would not recommend staying here despite decent location. Incidentally, i got the sheets changed 3 times but the final set weren’t much better than the others. Yuk.
Perfect room with balcony at a great location with a good bed.

The staff was courteous. The place is excellent. A nice layout of the room and very spacious.
Friendly stuff. New clean place. Close to the train station.
The staffs are very friendly and speaking english fluently and they have a good effort to help foreigner like me specially mr E Zhang. Thank you very much E, i arrived safely in beijing.
