This is a small boutique hotel with seven clean and functional sleeping rooms. There is no onsite food but a nice coffee/tea service. The staff, however, is absolutely terrific.

The bed was comfy and the convection microwave made reheating super easy and crispy (over ordered food the night before). The AC was excellent. Split system is best and that’s what they have. Ducted is always a drama in hotels. Check in was easy and the codes for secure entry and room entry meant no pesky cards.
Beautiful house and in a great location. Very clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would recommend anyone to stay there.
the room is not good cause the bed too small for 2 people
The location only 10 minutes from the doumo. The staff were very helpful.
The room was very small but considering the cheap price it’s surely understandable. The location was great, in the middle of backpacker’s area in Hanoi. And the staffs were very attentive & helpful.
The service at this hotel was EXCELLENT!!! No matter what time I asked for them to do something they were always very accommodating. I had a wonderful time at this location. The staff was excellent. The food was delicious. The concierge even called my tour company at 5am when the tour company was 10 minutes late. !!!! I would stay there again.
The staff was nice and spoke English. The location is perfect for public transportation and also from walking distance to the forbidden city and other major sites. There is a supermarket just on the other side of the street, and several restaurants.

The location is excellent for shopping and accessing s Bahn and underground. It is unique in that the building is a future icon and much noticed and photographed. The bar is superb but the best feature has to be the tearrace and views of the famous church. It is unreal sitting on the roof top terrace in the morning. The secret is not to come back late or set of early but to build in time to sit relax and take in/ realise where you are and what you can see. There are many moytel ones in Berlin but this is arguably the best jewel in their crown.
We do like the most is location of this hotel that was very convenient for walk to the walking street or night market.
