Location was good, easy walk to the Drum tower and Muslim market, you could could something simple or make a hot drink in the room, there was a fridge too. They always found someone with excellent English if they didn’t understand us at first. Breakfast for western choices was limited as in most places.
Location is good, near to Drum Tower subway station. The walkway is in a circular direction so be sure to take the anticlockwise way to walk less steps. Air cleaner inside (bonus! non-smoking room too as other hotels I had to put up with intermitten smoke smells) and air heater effectiveness was the best in 5 cities I’ve visited. Some late night food stalls nearby till about 2am. Morning around 6am breakfast places nearby are operating. If you call a car, can wait along main road. The apartment felt safe and staff can answer your questions effectively.

Good location within the city walls with a lot of Xi’an within walking distance. Nice room. Good WiFi. Breakfast was quite nice although fairly basic compared to other places. Most of the staff didn’t speak much english, but we expected that from China and I think it made the whole experience more authentic. The language difficulties never stopped us from getting what we needed, and the staff were always keen to help.

The Citadines hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the city on foot. The staff are friendly and speak some english. There are many restaurants and shops near by.
I happily recommend this hotel. Its location is excellent. I definitely recommend a location near the city core. The staff are very friendly and helpful and speak decent English. The rooms are a bit worn but clean and reasonably comfortable. I appreciated that they had several English speaking TV channels in their repertoire. They have a combination breakfast for both Chinese and American tastes.
The room was very big, the shower was great and the staff did all they could to help us when we had any questions or problems. The locations is really good, with lots of restaurants nearby and the Muslim quarter, Bell Tower and Drum Tower only a short distance away by foot.
Great location. The Drum Tower is at the end of the street. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby and it’s an easy walk to the city walls, which is a must to see. Our room had two double beds, kitchenette, great hot shower, Wifi, good breakfasts and the staff were friendly and helpful.
