This property is very deserving of its 5-star rating in every positive regard I experienced.
The staff from this hotel made my stay a very enjoyable one. i would give an extra mention to the receptionists who checked me in on the first night. They checked me in as quickly as they could as it was already near 12 am. They were so polite and attentive to my needs and request. The male staffs at the counter who attends to our luggages and calling taxi for us were extremely helpful.They give us the directions very clearly when we asked them for it.Overall we are extremely pleased with Crowne Plaza. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was excellent and we always had a hearty breakfast before we explore Xi’an. i am sure you wont be disappointed with this hotel. nearby there is a shopping mall for sportswear. the price/quality ratio is excellent.

The bar at level 51 had fantastic views, and the trip up in the elevator was a thrill
5 stars all around. Duty manager (Michael) took care of us through check in. Opted for access to club lounge (worth it). Nothing short of five star stay.
Jacky, the concierge, was amazing. His English is really good. I only met a few people in China with such a good level like his. He helped me in organising my trip to the manufacturing place and the museum in Xi’An. I travel a lot globally. Jacky is the best concierge I have met. Extremely competent in his job and always helping his guest with a smile. The hotel should be happy with such a great employee. Thanks again for our wonderful stay in your hotel.
