The staff, particularly one young woman and I’m so sad I didn’t get her name, was very accommodating when I asked help booking an early taxi to the train station and having an additional room card since there were 3 in the room. The area is very good and if you’re not very good at finding your way, the big chunk of city wall acts as a very good landmark. There’s also plenty of convenient shops/restaurants nearby and has easy access to some sites and also shopping districts. The Hostel also provides lots of recommendations for tours around the city and things to do.

Upgrade to a fabulous corner room with lounge access. View is incredible. Architecture is fantastic. Very helpful staff.

The only decent aspect of this place are a few members of the staff. Maybe I just felt bad for them because they seemed to know how poor the accommodations are and still do their best to be nice human beings. Everyone needs a job.

Convenient, staff nice, clean, have breakfast and value for money

Friendly staff, easy to get to from the airport during the day/evening. Room was clean, and showers worked well.

The staff was very nice from the beginning! It was also in a central location that made it easy to get around the city.

Nice personel. Not possible to go to downton by foot but trolley and bus allow to go there.

Unfortunately the baby bed was really not in a good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Choice of breakfast is poor (there are 3 options to choose from – Andalusian with ham and cheese, Continental, Musli – and apart from this only honey and marmelade is available).

The location was perfect, only a few mins walk to everything. The apartment was excellent, clean functional, very comfortable. Owner was friendly & helpful.

The best position for the last day in China! The hotel is at 50m from the subway (subway and airport express station), 100m from a big shopping mall with a large choise of restaurant; I don’t try the swimming pool, good restaurant into the hotel. International Airport at 15 minutes (at terminal 3) with airport express train.

This is my second visit to this hotel. I find this hotel convenient to the metro and other amenities. It has everything I need.

The host is fantastic! She was so kind, welcoming and helpful. She helped organise our taxi back to the airport for a very cheap price and also printed out our boarding passes for us. The location is excellent, I had read reviews prior to booking which also praised the location but, it still exceeded my expectations. It is a ten minute walk, if even, to ST Basil’s Cathedral & The Red Square. There is also a metro station right across the road and a taxi rank (Which I would personally avoid as we did get ripped off by a taxi driver on the far side of the city). As I mentioned before if you do need to get a taxi ask the lady who works there and she will organise one for you. The rooms are small but they’re very comfortable and clean! It’s exactly what any tourist would need when visiting Moscow. *Great Location *Very affordable *Clean & Comfortable

Great Location – close to subway and airport express station, there is a mall near by – where you can find good cheap Chinese food. Also close to convenient store and restaurant.

The apartment is located next to the most beautiful park in the city. It’s close to all the main sights and away from the noisy streets, so the only thing that could wake you up is the birds in the park. It’s nice and cosy with a comfortable place to sleep and rest. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics to prepare something simple and has an espresso pot, though it would be great to also have a cafetiere.

Nice central place in a quiet location close to many shops and restaurants.

It was clean and spacious. Had everything from oven to dishwasher.

Excellent hotel..oasis in the middle of busy back streets..signage to get there during the day was not very clear, but was better when illuminated at night. The hotel was quirky and interesting, breakfasts excellent, pool very nice, very helpful staff.

Love this hotel – a home away from home. I travel quite a bit and this was hands down, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. It was just beautiful – quaint, homely, beautifully-white and we can’t wait to come back. It’s a 10 min walk to Seminyak Square & all of Seminyak’s ‘hotspots’ – we honestly didn’t get a taxi in the whole two weeks of our stay which was great cause we just walked everywhere!

Good location for a short stay, don’t expect too much. Clean and large rooms, good transportation around.

it was a good price for our 10 day unplanned extended stay. The reception staff were happy and helpful but spoke limited English. Breakfast was eggs with rolls and jam and fruit juice and coffee. There was a safe in the room.

We were traveling by train and the hotel is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the train and metro station.

Location, it was close to San Marco Square and everything else Venice has to offer Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious for Venice and we had a slight view of San Marco Tower. Our room was very quiet. The breakfast were average and typical for most of our hotels in Itlay.

Staff were lovely and really helpful, kitchen came fully equipt with tea and coffee included, bathroom was lovely and bed was so comfortable, after flying from the UK was the best to get over jet lag!

the location was excellent and so easy to get to from the airport, communication with the owners was easy and they followed up very quickly with any questions we had, including recommendations for a good breakfast in the morning as we arrived late.

Bed is super comfy. I love that the hotel gives you access to their onsen it’s definitely a must do. Laundry facilities are included it only costs to dry clothes. The rooms are always clean and the really do provide a lot. Most signage is offered in English as well which really helped. Staff was extremely friendly and quick to solve any problems I had. One person was kind enough to help me get a taxi the day I had to check out and made sure the driver knew where my destination was. I really appreciate it. I love the location and convince of Dormy Inn. This was my 2nd time and I can’t wait to stay with them again. The rooms are also energy efficient as you have to use your hotel key to power the room. Once you leave you have to remove the key which shuts off most of the power in the room. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed there for 8 nights and enjoyed ourselves. Good location – right next to the highway exit if you are driving. 10 mins walk to Metro station if you are not. Right next to a shopping centre with a supermarket opened till late night. Fully functional kitchen with cooking wares. Could use a pair of scissors and lighter for the stove (we ended up getting ours from the supermarket) Bathtub – who doesn’t like one?

A fantastic hotel with all the modern amenities, ideally located close to Romes historic sites.

Room was clean and location was good. Breakfast was nice.

Everything about this hotel is great. The buffet breakfast, the proximity to shopping, especially with the Sunday Walking market at night, so many wats to see, and so many food vendors, especially just across the street from the hotel.

The welcome as we arrived was delightful, sparkling wine and helpful information. Rooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable. The views were spectacular. We felt we were right in the middle of everything without the noise that comes with busy tourist areas. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. We were sorry to leave!

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spotless & cleaned daily. Comfy bed, decent toiletries. Breakfast was optional (5 euros per day) but had plenty of selection. The little bar was cheap & the late night toasties were exactly we needed when we came in late from football. It’s a 2-star hotel and as such represented excellent value for money. If you want 5-star facilities, you have to pay 5-star prices.

Bianca, our host, was amazing. She met us at the apartment after our plane arrived, ran through the particulars of the apartment amenities and provided us with plenty of information for our first afternoon in Athens. Modern, clean and comfortable apartment for 3, in the heart of Athens – highly recommend.

Nice settings intresting location with views ..amazing breakfast

We came for a short brake of two nights in October. Super location within walking distance of all places to visit in the old city center. The accommodation is very clean, modern and with on-suit bathroom. Beds comfortable. Excellent breakfast brought to your room. Good restaurants nearby.

Breakfast is good, need, more variety, on some days

We state here twice during our time in Rio. On both occasions the staff were very good, especially the girl behind the desk who helped me out greatly in printing off some documents. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast has some good options although is slightly chaotic as well as being in a very good location in Rio, so close to the beach and lots of shops. It is also cleaned on a daily basis and would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, accommodations were very nice & location was excellent!

We found this a very good hotel with helpful reception staff who replied promptly to my email about parking. For a family of 4 the room size and beds were comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location in the historic part of Seville. We asked for and were given a kettle so could make tea although we should have asked for bigger cups. Tea in an espresso cup isn’t quite the same. Breakfast was good with a very healthy option and gluten free choices too. The free wifi worked very well so our teenagers were happy. We would definitely stay here again.

I like the fact that is fairly near some shop and some restaurants, and our host explained and showed us some things and tips during our stay

The staff make ivory grand what it is. Mr Atul, Yogesh and so many more. They attended to over 30 of us as a group who checked in to Ivory grand in the past week. I think we definitely kept their hands full! They accommodated us and went over and beyond. I’ve never received such excellent customer service (which can be extremely lacking in this country). I now count them as friends and plan to return there in the future. PS: the rooms were so clean and everything smelt fresh, housekeeping were fantastic. I was very happy and impressed. Thank you so much. Parking was also excellent and convenient!

The location was excellent, size of the upgraded room was huge, the normal room was still good in size.

Cheap, good value for money, but it is a hostel, not hotel

Riad Konouz WAS a treasure (Arabic word for treasure is Konouz) and Mohammed, the owner, was an excellent host!!! We called Mohammed when we arrived and he personally came out to help with parking and negotiated a good daily rate for us. The entire Riad is beautiful! Our room had all the modern amenities and was immaculate! The bathroom was made from tadelakt and was quite beautiful. There is also a lovely rooftop terrace! Look at the pictures on the wall…they depict life in Morocco. There is also beautiful yeseria carvings on the first level of the Riad on the wall where the tiles end. Mohammed said a friend of his did the work. Mohammed made us mint tea when we arrived and also made a map for us showing us a couple of ways to get to Jemaa el-Fnaa from his Riad. He also recommended places to eat. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast in the morning, which was really nice. Also, when we left, Mohammed gave us an escort on his moped which we greatly appreciated!

The room was clean and tidy. 4.8/5 Coffee were so good at the hotel!!!

Excellent location beds very clean house had everything

The location of this room is fantastic. It is really central to everything you want to see in Zadar. It was really convenient to get here from the Sea Gate, which is where you can find parking. I would say from there there it is maybe 5 minutes walk. It is also close to the airport bus, however, there is construction right now so the stop is moved to the other side of the old town, about 10 minutes to walk. It was nice and quite, nice bathroom. The room was a bit small with our luggage but we only stayed a single night so it wasn’t really an issue. It’s nice that the room has a fridge. The bed was just so comfortable. Very clean, very modern feeling. Check in and check out was easy. Easy to find this location as well.

Location,communication,cleanliness & facilites of the apartment were all fantastic. when a problem arose it was dealt with promptly & did not impact with our plans for the day.

Breakfast and the atmosphere of the hostel. The girls at the reception were very friendly.

Two large connected rooms with one bathroom, giving on the inner courtyard. Nicely but simply furnished, beautiful parquet flooring. The location of the rooms is fantastic only 100 meters from the Central Square. Multiple good restaurants and bars close by, also numerous cheap eateries. Staff very friendly, speaks good English. Park the car in the street 200 meters away – beware of the zone limit around the central square where there is NO parking.

It was centrally located. Apartment was basic, nothing fancy. Beds were comfortable. We were only there over night and it suited our needs for a reasonable price. Good variety of restaurants in the area. Staff was friendly, but it was somewhat confusing as we had to check in at a different location.
