Especially love the Beautiful View from my room. Really clean and comfortable beds. I really like the complimentary coffee bean instant coffee and korean green tea. The toiletries given are excellent. I enjoy the TV and many varities of channels.

A large complex of hotel, shops, restaurants in a quiet place in the outer skirt of Seoul

Hotel is in a quiet part of town and can easily be reached by public transportation from the airport. Rooms are clean.

The location is good for business purpose. It is not far from the Metro station and Gangnum area. The bed is comfort.

Staff was mostly helpful and the hotel infrastructure provides what was expected. It has a nice garden and exterior area with a water fountain, and nice areas for events.

we were upgraded to one of the apartments, where we had our own personal space. There were many quaint and traditional eating places around. Of course our host, the affable Martin Kim was very helpful.

I would highly recommend. Martin was the best. Initially, I was in a multi-bed room, but Martin upgraded me to a two bedroom apartment. In addition, I arrived at the wrong location (my fault) and martin took me by taxi to where I was supposed to be. It was a great location and I would stay there again!

Breakfast was just perfect, healty and presentation of it just perfect. The host was very friendly and helpfull. The guesthouse was nicely decorated and has a nice atmospher.

Strategic location. 2 minutes to Hongdae main street (Urbanwood is located in Hongdae area).3-5 minutes walk from Hongik University subway station. Easily access to AREX (Airport railroad express). Recommend to enter via Hongik University station Exit 7 for the AREX. Cozy and quiet guesthouse. The owner, Martin is very accommodating and not to forget the healthy and yummy breakfast. Check out their cozy rooftop lounge area as well.

The breakfast was very good and host was very nice to us.

The host was very gentel, friendly and helped us with all our questions. The accomodation was just excellent, we enjoyed our stay at Urbanwood a lot. Thanks for everything!

Martin was a great host, although I never had a chance to personally meet him. He was very accommodating, quick to respond to messages and provided clear and detailed instructions for how to get to the apartment I stayed at. I didn’t stay at the actual guesthouse but at one of his other properties. It was clean and simply decorated. Compared to other places the bed was quite comfortable. I would be happy to stay again in the future and imagine the guesthouse to be equally as nice.

the location of this place is super convenient. The subway is just 2 mins walk . Very centralised with subway , buses (to the airport as well) , taxis and etc. Shopping mall is within reached . The manager of the guesthouse is very helpful . Thank you Mr Hong for arranging the shuttle van for us to the airport .

Mr Hong is very nice and friendly and he can speak good English. He answered whatever questions we have promptly. The location is also very good as it is only a very short walk from exit 10 of the subway station.

The location is fantastic right in the middle of dongdaemun walking distance to everywhere. Very central location and good price for location.

The location is really fantastic. Less than 5 minute’s walk from the DDP and really close to the subway station. The owner is friendly almost to a fault. There are cats wandering around the reception/breakfast area, which I suppose is a plus if you like cats.

Its very near exit 10 of Dongdaemun History & Cultural Park subway station. Very nice location for those who like shopping. Since I prefer limousine bus for my airport transportation, i’d recommend this GH because the airport bus stop is located right in front of GH. I stayed here during winter season but i am not that person who can’t stand with cold temperature haha so the first time i entered the room, i felt my room still cold, i told to the staff to give me additional bed warmer but the staff lend me a room heater instead without any subcharge. So thankful! Also, he responded quickly when i needed his help to order Domino Pizza delivery. Recommended. Thank you, Mr. Hong.

The manager is really friendly! The location is perfect since it is next to bug shopping mall and the subway station !

I like that whenever I need help, Mr Hong will try to help. It was too cold for me, Mr Hong adjusted the heater higher temperature for me and gave me an extra blanket. The bed was soft and I had a great sleep. The location is great!!!!!!!! Across the street there are a lot of design n cool art stuffs(museum, garden, cafe, statues, cafe)shopping malls and a decent sauna place(highly recommended as this is a big thing in Korean culture).

The whole experience particularly the upgrade to a suite.

I liked having my own room for a decent price! Good location as it was close to seoul station and Itaewon, but i like being closer to the action. The staff was really nice and went out of his way to help me book a bus ticket and help me locate places.

The atmosphere at the hostel was very friendly and there were a lot of fliers and books for information about Seoul. The common kitchen seemed really clean.

It’s in a quiet neighborhood yet close to Seoul Station. Very affordable place in such good location. Very nice staff. I liked the freedom of going in and out of the place, I could explore the city to my heart’s content while having a place to go back to after a long day of walking and moving around.

The owner of this property was extremely accommodating, and the 24 hour reception service is very welcome. I had a very late arrival (at around 6am in the morning), and he was also very flexible with the check-out times. The basic single room is indeed very small, but for the price paid, I think it is still great value for money.

Simple single room near the Cheongyecheon stream, fine for a short stay.

Comparatively very low price for a solo traveler with private room and washroom. Near by the Line#1 (Jongno 5-ga / exit 8) with lift easy to access to Seoul Station and Line#5&2 (Euljio 4-ga/ exit 5) with elevator. Thanks for keeping luggage after check-out. Ower can speak English, communication is not a problem.

The owner of the hotel was super friendly and helpful.

This was the best guest house I’ve ever stayed in! I was upgraded without even asking to begin with. My room had it’s own wifi unit which was so quick! Cable TV, Air Con, fridge, even my own washing machine which came with free detergent and fabric softener. The shower was powerful and water hot/cold as needed. The best part of my stay was the friendly Manager who was so helpful… he was great at explaining everything when I checked in providing a very warm welcome. He assisted me when I had locked my key in the room and was amazing at giving advice and directions. Quiet place with a brilliant location, easy to get to the subway and airport by bus. 10/10! Thanks so much! I will be back.

I booked the property for location and it was even better then I expected. I booked a small apartment – bathroom inside. Kitchen , fully equipped and bonus – wash machine. Water filter was located on roof – within communal kitchen. Amazing view from there The room was clean, comfy and the receptionist/manager was very helpful. I got advice on public transportation – location is few minutes from metro station and there are 2 bus lines from/to airport around. Food streets are less then 3 minutes walk, shopping on designer clothes, fabrics, lights are just around. The Dried see food market is less then 15 minutes walk. Going to Imperial palace – 15 minutes walk, many other options there.

There is floor heating, washing machine, electric plate and pans and utensils in the room. There is also common sharing microwave outside. Room is spacious and as shown in property photos The cheonggyecheon stream is just outside the building. And it is located at Gwangjang market where you can easily settle your meals. It’s walking distance to Euljiro 4ga station and Jongno 5ga station. You can reach Dongdaemun just by walking along the Cheonggyecheon for about 15min. Very convenient and very safe neighborhood even for a female solo traveler

It was the right choice to stay at this guesthouse. I got clean private room with so many facilities from Wifi, private bath room, small kitchen and sink, television, and even a private washing machine include the detergent. The location is in the middle of Seoul. It is easy to go to main interest place in Seoul such as palaces and Dongdaemun. And yes, the famous Gwangjang market just a few steps to go. Try a local dishes in Gwangjang market!

Easy access to subway. Good location with nice view from room. Plus point is with the heating floor during cold weather. Room is clean and fitted with necessary facilities

We were collected from the airport in a pre-booked vehicle and we were given a free upgrade to a BMW. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating of our requests. The room was on the 57th floor, was spacious, had spectacular views and had the bonus of a Nespresso machine and access to Club Lounge. They gym was extremely well equipped with lots of space, the pool was large and the restaurants were all excellent.

Our stay at Putu’s Paradise was magnificent. The experience of being there was the closest thing to be at your own home. Putu and his husband took great care of us and are just incredible people who make your stay excellent. They are all hospitality. The breakfast was very good and also different every day. The Guesthouse is well located in one of the main streets in Ubud and still the rooms keep the serenity and peace that is all around Putu’s Paradise. We enjoyed our stay with Putu and his husband very much and wish them all the best.

Great staff, clean hotel, good breakfast. The only problem is that the property is located right next to highway and it’s extremely noisy. You can’t sleep with window open. The location is near nice neighborhood of Voula and beaches.

For a stopover in Santiago, this is the place to stay. Perfectly situated next to Costanera Mall and Hop on – Hop off station. The appartement is newly renovated. Super clean and very comfortable.

It was in a good location and easy to walk to the river Seine and the Eiffel Tower.

The facilities were great. The little bonus gifts from Suzuki were a lovely surprise.

I just sleep a few hours there, is perfect if u have to spend one night in KL and fly the next day because is very close to the train and bus stations KL sentral very helpful staff. Good breakfast, as much toust with a keen of butter u can eat.

Any time check-in, they have staff until late night.

The hosts were very welcoming spent time giving us advice about the local area and showing us all the features of the flat.

I really appreciated the fact the staff told me how small the room would be when I checked-in, but the room didn’t feel small at all compared to some other hotels I stayed at! You must try the caramel macchiato at de Cosmo (or any other coffee), hands down one of the best coffee I had in a while!! Wonderful view of the night life!

This is my second time staying at this hotel in South Korea. I was again absolutely amazed at the quality of the room and the food served in “Table Mountain” restaurant. The room was very clean and had a wonderful view. This hotel is also perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Thank you Hotel Entra for the great experience! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying near Gangnam.

The room is spacious, bed is extra comfy and superbly clean!

This New hotel in hotel entra is amazing. The new trendy luxury designs of entra htel and the theme caught my eyes when booking this hotel. If you take the airport shuttle, the shuttle station is just right in front of the hotel (almost). Chung dam station (Metro) is close by as well (5-7 minute walk). Super convenient location. Cleanses of this hotel is also super awesome.

The front desk was really helpful, they helped me to arrange everything and give me advice on shopping and leisure. Very new, the room is quite nice, great view!!!!

2度目の宿泊になります。スタッフさんも優しく、部屋も綺麗、1度目の印象が良かったのでまた利用しました。ベッドも寝心地がいい！快眠できます。前泊のホテル（明洞）のチェックアウトから程なく向かい、13:40頃と早めに到着。チェックインには早く荷物だけ預かってもらおうと考えていましたが、スタッフさんの対応により、すぐに部屋へ案内してくれました。外出前に荷物の整理とiPhoneの充電もできて非常に助かりました。またリピートしたいです。

ベッドが気持ち良すぎて寝坊するほどよく眠れました！笑シャワーもトイレも新しく綺麗で快適！シャワールームの洗面台が2個あるのも初めて！良かったです。あとUSBジャックがあったのも良かった。スタッフの皆さんも優しくて良かったです。

청담동 쪽 호텔 중에서는 상당히 만족스러운 한강뷰를 보여줍니다. 호텔 시설과 객실 인테리어도 굉장히 깔끔하고 세련되었습니다.

Jesper was a great host and was happy to arrange group dinner/drinks every night. One of the most sociable places I’ve stayed. Other guests felt like housemates instead of a strangers.

Great staff. The property owners were away but check-in was real simple and the entire place was really clean and well set up.

If you want to find the most friendliest, cozy atmosphere where you can easily meet great new people just go for it here. I had a feeling like staying in my friends house rather than in a hostel/guesthouse.

One of the best hostels I have been to, the location is great and the vibe of the place is perfect! Jesper the owner is so nice and cool, Seriously he is the best host I have met so far and he really cares about each person that comes! the place itself is also clean and the rooms are very nice and comfortable, it feels more like living at an apartment with friends then being at a usual hostel. Also, I am a solo traveler and I think it’s a great place for solos because you meet good people there and almost every evening we went out with Jesper to eat and hang out, So I highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place to people who travel alone!!! Jesper is just soooo nice and helpful. He speaks great English and Korean and Danish and probably German and some Chinese😲You will meet ppl from different places here and make new friends. It’s really a great place for young people who wants to explore the world. The location is just super convenient. It’s 5mins walking distance to Subway line 2 and 6, and therefore you can get to most sightseeing places and shopping centers in really short time. Besides, Hong Yi university street itself is a fun place, full of lovely cafe shops and all kinds of stores. Students also give live performances here. It’s also close to Hang river, you can take a walk there after dinner or in the morning just like a Seoul citizen. I’m glad that I stayed here during my first trip to Korea. Never a regret! Highly recommend it to you!

First off, I thought with a rating of 9.7, at least half of the reviews must be fake. Now, I don’t think they are. While the facilities are more or less average, this hostel has an amazing vibe, due to Jesper no doubt, and the crowd it attracts. Jesper is running the hostel mostly by himself, cleans himself, and makes every effort to make friends and create a little community out of this guests, by taking them out to restaurants, keeping beds available for future nights, offering information and advice, and just having an awesome presence. Not even falling sick prevented him from continuing to do so. He says he’s found his calling, and it’s evident he really likes what he’s doing. The world would be an even more awesome place for travellers, if all hostel owners put that much energy into accommodating their guests, and not think about earning money first. Thanks Jesper, much appreciated.

Lucky to have stayed at Jasper’s guesthouse, lovely place and wonderful location. Jasper is such a warm-hearted and genuine person who takes good care of everyone. If you want local experience and meeting new friends, this will be a good choice.

This guesthouse is just amazing. I was first sceptical about the consistent high rating but after arriving on my first night, I saw how cozy and friendly the guesthouse was. The hosts are amazing and immensely kind. Jesper showed me around Seoul and gave me helpful travel tips. While drying my clothes outside, it started to rain. I wasn’t there, so he took care of it although he didn’t had to. During my whole stay in Seoul, I actually had the feeling to stay at a good friend’s place than at a guesthouse. And that is thanks to Jesper and Jonathan and their kindness and commitment. Pro tip: If this guesthouse is full, they also own a bigger and more modern guesthouse just 10 min away from it: Gateway Korea Guesthouse II !

Location of hotel is perfect and rooms have everything needed, staff was helpful and friendly

Very clean facilities and provided lots of amenities – cleansing oil, cotton pads, razor, comb, etc – to make my stay very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, and location was close to several subway stops, making it easy to get around.

Clean, comfortable and in a great location to transport, dining and shopping.

Amazing stay. That is what a hotel should be like. Attentive staff, quiet and comfortable rooms. Very well located – close to eveyrything a first timer in Seoul would need: Subway, food, airport bus, the stream (nice stroll) – you can go business style, you can go shopping, you can also reach a palace and a park. The famous Insadon area is also reached within 10 mins walk.

Everything went very well in the hotel. They ordered us a taxi for transport back to airport. Heated toilets the best!

The location is exceptional – as the hotel is in between 2 subway stops. There are a lot of pojangmacha (pop-up tent restaurants) and some street food at nighttime. There is also a nearby convenience store.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious which I did not expect and the bed was extremely comfortable. Two metro stops are less than 5 minutes away, so you can go everywhere easily. This place is absolutely value for money!

Good location, close to subway station. Bus stop for airport shuttle is only a short walk, very convenient. Simple breakfast is provided.

The room is slightly bigger than those in the heart of myeongdong.

Location was excellent. It’s close to anywhere in Soeul. The staff could speak Japanese so it was easy for me and felt comfortable.
