Nice and cozy small hotel with all the amenities. Modern facilities.
We were very happy with this hotel and we liked many elements. 1) The friendliness of the staff. 2) The pool on the rooftop with the robot that cleans it. 3) The cleanliness of the room and the amenities: safe, fridge, etc. 4) The many restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. 5) The business cards with the map of the hotel to help us with the taxi drivers. 6) The brochures about the excursions and the fact that the reservations were made on our behalf by the staff. 7) The free breakfast for two offered complimentary. 8) The good price if you compare with other hotels in Seoul. 9) The futuristic toilet for which you have to read the instructions before using it.
The rooftop infinity pool is amazing. The rooms are really cool and you get great value for money. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our departing flight was scheduled late at night – not only did the staff offer us free late checkout they even let us use showers after a long sightseeing day before going to the airport.
The location was nice, there are a lot of good places to eat at and a convenient store pretty much right next to it.

Excellent staff, good English, very helpful, they help with our luggage and taxi booking. They also have bathroom for guest with wheel chair, very helpful for our dad. Good facility, clean room and swimming pool, fast internet speed.
