The room was great, it was modern, clean and all the amenities worked exactly as they should. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was of a high quality. We opted for breakfast and the selection of hot and cold dishes was fantastic. Check-in and check-out was quick and professional. Overall: great value for money.

The staff here was wonderful and they were very friendly. They accomadated me immediately as soon as I arrived. The room was crisp and clean. It was so modern and comfortable. Location was quiet and just far away from the city center. I enjoyed the fact that this place close to a tram area and just about 20 to 30 minutes away from everything. It’s located also near the train to the airport. It also walking minutes away to a grocery store that does not over charge you. Breakfast is extra BUT the spread is amazing!

Everything is perfect. The apartment condition is good.

Homey feel in a good location – walking distance to N Seoul Tower and the Itaewon and HBC nightlife districts. The family that run the place are wonderful and the beds are really comfy. Home cooked Korean style breakfast was fantastic.

Bed was very large and comfortable,we were not disturbed by any noise from the outside

the location of the hotel was awesome. i felt lucky, because it is a few steps from the underground station and a few steps to st Stephan’s platz. you can’t miss it, it is at the turn of Forever21.

They have spa, which is not really Turkish experience at all, but since we stayed for only one night it was good after a long flight.

Halim was a fantastic host. He helped us with absolutely everything from the moment we made our booking, to waking up with us at 5am and carrying our bags to our taxi for our return home. He arranged camel rides for us, and a full day excursion for an incredible price. We’ve never experienced hospitality on his level. Wonderful.

Room was great. Not too small, clean bathroom. Towels and shower gel were available. Location was perfect.

Loved the hotel overall, charming and in a good location. Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment in a quiet area near the university, with lots of convenient shops bars and restaurants nearby frequented by Italians rather than tourists. Loved being able to buy fish from the Rialto fish market and cook and eat it in the apartment.

Probably the best quality you can get in Playa del Carmen for such a reasonable price. The structure is beautiful and very clean (totally European standards). Room are spacious and comfortable. Staff is friendly.

The location is superb (if you don’t know Sarajevo just Google it, as it can be hard to find the tiny street). The accommodation is clean and fairly luxurious. The price is fabulous! I have stayed in literally dozens of places in Sarajevo over the years. This one is the best value near the old town. Breakfast not included, but there are many cafes very close by to explore. The host is available in person daily and by email or phone anytime (and speaks English).

Nice location quieter than main D1 and not touristy at all. Great Riverview from room. The owners were very helpful and sorted out my airport taxi for early morning. I had difficulty finding the door as there is no sign. Recommend to ask for a landmark. They had actually emailed to say they would look out for me but I didn’t get the message in time as last minute booking. They are very quick with response to messages and let me check in early. Beds are very firm but I didn’t mind that. I felt safe and comfortable here. Thank you!

The location was beautiful. While a bit far away, it was only a challenging luggage transfer. Other than that we enjoyed the walks through the rice fields. Staff was unbelievably accommodating. We are high maintenance guests and they made adjustments as necessary. We had staff come to villa almost daily for services. Everyone was very punctual and helpful. Would 100 Percent stay again and recommend to others.

It is really nice an big, great for a family of friends traveling together – you have room enough for 4-5 people if one sleeps on a couch. It is also very nice for pets (I was there with a cat and it enjoyed it a lot). It has everything you need and you can walk to S. Marco – it’s a 30 min walk/ or take a boat – two boat stops are at about 4-5 min from the property. The restaurants in Venice are disappointing these days (I suspect their pizza is from frozen) so I can’t say any good one is near the property but there are some supermarkets quite close and you have all you need to cook inside.

Location. The hotel is good for people traveling light.

It wa clean and comfortable. Great value. The bathroom was large for European hotels. Metro access less than a minute from hotel. Friendly staff at check in. Only stayed one night in Seville to catch a flight next day. I wouldn’t stay here if this was more than 2-3 nights.(room to small for extended stay in my opinion) Some restaurants around the corner to sit outside and have a beer. If you arrive by car, parking is on the street and is very limited on a very narrow streets. We had to park a block away.

Very clean & comfortable in a great location. The staff were very helpful both prior to and at check in. Comfy beds, free wi fi & full amenities made it a pleasure to stay. An easy commute to the city & fringe being a stones throw from tram stop. Thanks Abelour – we will stay again.

Hotel’s staffs are so friendly and helpful, hotel is so close to famous street and historical places and price and confort balance is so good than others.

We were welcomed very friendly, and the owner took the time to explain us all we needed/wanted to know. The day we left Palermo, we had to leave quite early but this was taken care of and we received breakfast in the room. Room and bathroom very nice and clean. Would definitely come back here.

Everything but especially the view. That was really spectacular. Big apartment, very clean and a wunderfull swimmingpool.

Location is the best – the street is very lively, with great restaurants and bars, and only 5 minutes from Nevsky Prospect by foot. The place and the rooms have been very tastefully renovated, great design and finish. Entrance is nice enough.

This Hotel was wonderful. We stumbled across it when our original hotel fell through. The location is perfect, 6 minute walk from Yu garden and about 10-15mins from Huangpu river and the people’s square. The hotel facilities are clean and the staff are really friendly.

The apartment is very beautiful with amazing minimal style, we love it a lot. It has everything you need. It is very clean and quiet. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. Metro station is in front of the house. An excellent apartment with amazing host.

The attention of the staff is very good, the facilities were impeccable.

Airport transfers. Not near centre but good access to metro making everything easily accessible. Nice welcome pack on arrival.

Location was amazing – v close to St Mark’s Square and the Rialto bridge. Apartment was v clean. It had air conditioning and everything we needed. We parked at Piazzale Roma and took the Vaporetto (water bus) to Rialto stop then walked from there (5 mins walk).

The wonderful, silent, calm enviroment and the spacious aparment in the rustic wooden building with view to the mountains.

Good location. checking was late. even if the email said check in time was 4 pm but room shouldve been ready even by 3. at 3pm it wasnt even ready. the cleaner went to eat instead without finishing cleaning the room. mopping last minute. the check in lady at the counter said we could extend our check our 30 minutes extra but when the day came we were asked to check out by 12pm on the dot or else they charged us. and the lady was no where to be found.

The location of the apartment is excellent. There is a train station nearby and there are many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The bed was extremely comfortable. We liked the style of the apartment and felt very safe. Our host was very nice.

This place is a gem, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in SP. Incredibly clean, very big, warm. The lady responsible for the keys is incredibly nice. She recommended Tokyo City restaurant, it was delicious!!!

The view of the harbor and the boats. Quiet. Comfortable.

Right in old Quebec on the main street. Room was large and so was Bathroom.Great restaurants doors away

Good location. Easy access to public transport. Owners were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Their help was invaluable. They were very knowledgeable about the area and the city from restaurants, transport and planning your days out. The rooms had all you needed. We even had a smart tv that we could log in to our Netflix account if we wanted.

Didn’t know that they had breakfast. Staff was friendly, rooms and beds are big and clean, but room 1 Is directly next to the reception, so quite noisy! No common room, therefore not possiblr/likelx to meet other guests.

Good value for money, clean and very well located and central. The staff were attentive and very welcoming. Would certainly stay there again.

It is proper basic chain hotel as Ibis always is. Good for the night sleep and breakfast. You can also have your breakfast for example at CoffeHouse near Paveletskaya metro station. 24/7 bar is open next to the lobby. Reasonable value for money. Recommended.

Roda at the reception is an exceptional Mercure staff. Very warm, helpful, and very accomadating person.. My first experience at Mercure is amazing.!!!!!

Transport was fantastic we used the metro to and from the airport a 2min walk and also to get around very handy for a short stay, across the road is Burj Kalifa and the Dubai mall with the fountains on show every night a wonderful stay thanks to all the staff!!

Room facilities were good. Hotel was good in general and we didn’t have any mayor problem besides the laundry service and wifi. Girls in the reception were able to speak a bit of english and that made some things easier. They were always very helpful.

We stayed in two rooms over two nights. Excellent helpful staff was the standout, very accomodating and went to lengths to help with translations, car bookings and recommendations.

Getting the best of both worlds. The countryside just outside the city. The host was very pleasant and helpful as was the local taxi driver

The hotel turned off the central airconditioning when the room was 27 degrees! Even told, they said will turn it back on and monitor, it was still very warm during the night. We were allocated a room with a squeeky bathroom door! We requested breakfast for our first day stay (total 4 nights stay with 2 rooms) during our booking, they charged us the outsider rates of 41000 KRW per person (equivalent to approx US$35.00 breakfast per person). It was expensive considering the food they served for breakfast which was very standard and basic. Nothing to compare with breakfast from other 4-star hotel.

Beautiful large apartment we didn’t feel ontop of each other. Rooms were massive spacious also.

Extremely awesome hotel, rooms are big, stuff is nice and friendly, everything clean,bed super convinient and big. Interior inside the hotel is breathtaking. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been. Thank you for making my stay perfet!

Perfect backpackers hostel. Everything is clean, well tended to, organised, relaxed and welcoming. Ultimate perk has to be the superbly powerful "bum guns" in each of the lavatories. Was like blasting my ass with a water uzi. Showers are also top-notch. And the location was absolutely ideal for wandering about Bukit Bintang, or even walking to China Town and the Times Square Mall. Will stay again if I ever return to Kuala. Oh, and the staff are very nice, welcoming, sociable people too.

The rooms are very well designed and comfortable. Your staff were all extra warm and friendly. They go out of their way to put that extra touch to make us feel cared for.

Staff is very friendly. They really look after your safety as they always keep the doors locked. The hostel looks a bit old but the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Nice common area where people hangout and watch Netflix together. Located right next to a supermarket and Kings cross station!

Superb located Oxford circus apartment – I travelled to lovely raining London with my family for our spring holiday and we are so happy we found this spacious modern apartment just 8 mins walk from Oxford Street. The property was very well cleaned and has everything you may need for your stay in London
