Reception staff were very good. as was the breakfast
The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to requests. On my first night, following lengthy delays at the airport, the ‘party’ my ‘neighbours’ decided to throw at 2am was thankfully quickly dealt with after a call to reception.
Comfy quiet room. Breakfast left outside room. Fresh bread pastries , all good. Location perfect for our stay.
Excellent host provided great breakfast, accomodation and knowledge of Venice. Best location. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I didnt liked anything,the only good thing at this property was the guy at the reception. He was very nice and helped us with information.
Beautifully set up, the room I had was spacious with a massive bathroom and full bath. Lovely rain forest shower and plenty of space for two. The bed was comfortable, solid air-conditioning and secure with a safe and good locked room. Nice pool and good loungers. But for me the hotel bar and restaurant is the big hit! Food was superb at all times and good value.
Very beautiful hotel in upscale housing community. About 5 minute drive to the mall and 15mins to good beaches. I would recommend cabify or mytaxi app. I used cabify, it was about 6-8euros to almost everywhere. Maybe 12 euros to beach or las ramblas.
The friendly receptionist, Jesse. He answered all our questions and gave us suggestions of activities to do as it is our first time in Seattle
This riad is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Hasan and Miriam do everything to make your stay as great as possible. They are always ready to help and you can always reach them via WhatsApp. Hasan even offered us a walk to the main square so we wouldn’t get lost in the souks. The rooms are air-conditioned, the breakfast is delicious and you can have it anytime you want and there’s a charming rooftop terrace for chilling with your family or friends 😀 We even got a free room upgrade! Next time I come to Morocco I will come back to the riad without any hesitation and I recommend the riad to anyone that would like to stay in the heart of Marrakech.
The location, the breakfast, cleanless very friendly staff
The hotel was very central and it was easy to get around and visit all the sights we wanted to. The hotel was clean and rooms were cleaned each day.
Very convenient location as the East Nanjing Pedestrian Street is just a stone throw away. Street breakfast (Chinese) is readily available as you step outside the entrance. It’s clean and the staff are friendly enough and unobtrusive. The bed was soft.
Style, the hotel is inside an architect’s office and WiFi.
I had no breakfast. Bed was wonderful. Mini Frig was well stocked. Shuttle service was very proficient.
