Fantastic hotel, well located between Grande Canal and St Mark’s square. The whole building had been carefully renovated to keep the feeling of an old palace. The room was fantastic with a private roof terrace.

The accommodation was satisfactory for what we paid. The breakfast was included in the charge and was adequate. The room was basic but clean. You get what you pay for.

The only thing I liked was the guy who checked us in..he was very helpful and prompt in his communication.

Excellent; you require two hundred letters to define excellence? All I can do is to repeat what I already wrote. Perhaps you have other ways to describe what you like, I lack such erudition but that does not mean that I do not understand the word excellence!

The hotel is very well situated, just in the centre of Florence. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms were big and clean. Beds were comfortable.

The room was relatively spacious, for Japan, and the laundry facility was really useful after 10 days of backpacking. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was very clean. Shower was great.

We liked the free underground parking and the shops in the area. Easy to hail a taxi into town. The cleaner came every day to make up the room and change the towels.

The location was great, really easy to find from the train station and there are lots of cafes and bars near by. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size and was comfortable.

The bed was super comfy. The room was spacious and had an okay view. The bathroom was really nice and super clean. The decor of the hotel is really modern. The transport link into central wasn’t too bad. The staff are friendly and attentive.

Short walking distance to the yoga studio Friendly staff always available to help Bed was extra comfy, especially after yoga practise all day! Funky lights in the room (optional night lighting)

The hotel was charming, very old world, in a great location on the Singel Canal. Morning coffee (latte, cappucino, black or espresso) is gratis and located in the lobby along with juice or iced tea and flavored water. In the afternoon there were trays of cookies and cakes. The desk staff helped us order and print out tickets to a jazz event while we were at the hotel. I am a bed and sheet maven and both matched my exacting standards. The tub was deep and long, perfect for soaking after a long day of sightseeing.

The staf were very friendly specially nina .Very nice girl polite .

The apartment was new, clean and spacious and quite near(about 2km) walk to Macquarie Park shopping mall. Access to public transportation was easy as well.

Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and obliging. Hotel is extremely convenient for shopping,public transport and the seaside.

Our twin room was comfortable and quite spacious. I really appreciated having the small fridge and a kettle and tea making facilities. Free wifi was quite strong and reliable. Breakfast is expensive, but we went to Paris Baguette, pretty much just down stairs, and also had fruit we had bought in Myeungdong. I had a late flight, and was given a late check out until 2.00 without charge, which I really appreciated.

Nice variety of food for breakfast, good quality food. Good location of the hotel, close to the main road, shopping streets, lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

We could order different pillows and a lighter doona. Breakfast was awesome.

Quiet and relaxing place, close to great restaurants.

Giuseppe was very helpfull. His english was not very good, but we understood each other very well. First impression was a little bit scary, but when we have entered – everything was just fine!

Worth for the price you pay, but don’t expect a luxury hotel. Old vintage style reception, clean and nice decorated rooms

The one bedrooms are beautiful, huge and very comfortable. I think it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in my life. The food from room service is also very good. I didn’t try to cocktails at the rooftop bar or the food at rooftop restaurant but both look lovely. The pool is also huge but should face the other direction.

Walking distance to everything but on a quiet street. Markets close by.

It was okay nothing special just a place to crash , the view was nice on the canal , the host gave me some nice tips on where to go .

Pleasant little oasis away from the bustle of Leticia. Slightly weird but nice cold hot tub.

Good location to see the Las Condes area of Santiago. Great imposing wood panelled grand entrance, lobby area and lounge bar – lounge bar serves great Bloody Mary’s. The spa is a fantastic facility.

The smoked salmon and the fruit salad for breakfast was excellent, good coffee, too.

Excellent hotel quality and service. The location was the best since there is transport to where one wants to go.

The flexibility in the hotel breakfast menu, good food and good service, especially recommended for those who go to events in corfairs is only a step away.

The coffee was machine made and had little taste. The breakfast options were OK. The hotel staff spoke adequate English The staff was co-operative but did not go out of their way to make you feel special. For example, I asked if they could mail out an a prepaid envelope by post to return my Pocket WiFi rental. They simply gave me directions to the nearst postal box instead of just taking it and mailing themselves.

The host is very nice and helpful. They recommended many place for sightseeing and nice restaurants. The place is clean and comfortable, just near the bus stop going into town. They have private parking area.

The apartment I stayed in for 3 nights is located on the 19th Floor of the Berjaya Shopping Mall. Very specious, great location. You can just pop into the lift, head towards the ground floor of shopping mall and easily find wide variety of restaurants, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets.

The staff and owner of the hotel were truly outstanding. They were really helpful, always available and the owner of the hotel came and picked us up from the airport with their own car. The breakfast was good, the location was really amazing. The rooms were good, the beds were clean, there were tv’s and everything felt fresh. Would recommend people to stay at this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is located nearby underground and also next to the main road which it makes it quite accessible. For 3 stars hotel I have to admit it is decent and fair to the price.

Loved the excellent staff. The brothers, Chris and Theo, are warm, friendly, and accommodating. Chris gave us great advice for an authentic night of Greek music and dining at Stou Forre in the Psiri district. He made reservations for us, ensuring a table is this wildly popular local spot. We were the only tourists there! It was a highlight of our Greek adventure. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the large bathroom with the huge jacuzzi/spa tub! During the day, we enjoyed a very good Indian restaurant on the corner. A ‘Coffee Island'(delicious, reasonably priced cappuccino) is a 5 minute walk away.

The property was recently renovated in a "chic palacial" style, all very flamboyant but nice and clean. Water and champagne were gifted upon arrival (small bottle but plenty for two people to toast) and the host was absolutely lovely. The location is superb, right opposite the Royal Palace, with the beautiful area of Opera two minutes down the road. But because of the specific location, it was calm and not noisy at all.

This property is of a high standard. They have really thought about guests needs with loads of storage, lighting and sockets, a really good shower and a large comfortable bed. This is a hotel quality room and exceptionally clean. It is close to the town centre so you can get to everything on foot. If you’ve come in the car there is public parking 5 mins from the apartment, 4 Kuna per hour (free 10pm till 8am) so bring coins with you. Thank you Ivan, you are a great host and have a lovely property.

The staff were excellent and the management friendly and interested. After 30 years of traveling this hotel brought a smile to my face and was wonderfully interesting and different.

The staff in the hotel were fantastic. They provided a "Handy" smartphone which could be removed from the hotel and offered free internet access and local/international calls. On my partners birthday they also gave us a bottle of cava to celebrate. A lovely touch.

The location of the unit very advantageous because it is close to the airport, shopping malls and transport links. There are a lot of convenience stores and restaurants within the vicinity. The apartment have a complete facilities. Location is near to Paddington station. The room is quiet small though, and different place to pick up key is not comforting. Also room in basement is not convinience since i have to use stairs and kinda hard to bring large baggages. My suggestion is to request room upstairs. And ask for a free taxi after you pick up the keys because the receptionist didnt always offer you.

The staff were nice, the room was clean and big, and plenty of extra bedding items were included (which helped because I prefer to not sleep directly on a tatami mat due to back problems). It was nice having the option of the 24 hour cafe area in the building, even though I did not use it. WiFi worked great.

Great location (central yet very quiet), a wonderful host who speaks many languages fluently, yummy breakfast served in the room and a very comfortable bed and great facilities in a historic building (from the 13th century!).

A fantastic small historic hotel centrally located within walking distance of all main sights. What distinguishes this hotel from many of their competitors is the staff, from reception through to night manager, breakfast team and chambermaids, everyone was pleasant and very helpful. We had some great restaurant recommendations from reception. Hopefully we will return!

Friendly staff, beautiful luxurious setting. Comfortable large rooms and amazing day spa and pool area. We especially loved the harp playing in the background whilst enjoying our beautiful breakfast, nice touch.

Location and opening hours made it easy to wander about the city at any time

Well, I have to start with the fact that the reception was warm and professional, but unless you have a thing and would get your kicks from for sleeping in a moored boat or train, just dont. The rooms are tiny and window cannot open. Its stuffy, and my bathroom was clogged. If you are claustrophobic, dont even think of it. Again, though, if you want to experience sleeping in an old ship, give it a try, otherwise there are so many better options for the same price in Porto. To me it was a punishment and I dont know what hit me on the head, probably an experience last year sleeping in a tree house that was magical.

The Location to a place where we are going is very near.

New fully equipped apartment in renovated building just 7 minutes walking from historic center of Porto. Absolutely new furniture, perfect terrace with wooden table.

Huge place in a private floor and the location is absolutely perfect!
