LOCATION is great all is around to move, metro taxi buses, and tourist trip . in a simple world the location exceeded my expectations.

The owner works the desk . He is knowledgable and helpful . The location of the hotel is excellent if arriving by train , and is around the corner from a street that runs all the way down to the sea front (15 minutes walk) , with loads of restaurant / cafe’s en route .

First of all an excelent location. Owner is very supportive and big advantage is the free parking in heart of the city. Highly reccommend this apartment to everyone intersted in staying comfort and downtown location, as well!

We stayed there for 8 nights and enjoyed ourselves. Good location – right next to the highway exit if you are driving. 10 mins walk to Metro station if you are not. Right next to a shopping centre with a supermarket opened till late night. Fully functional kitchen with cooking wares. Could use a pair of scissors and lighter for the stove (we ended up getting ours from the supermarket) Bathtub – who doesn’t like one?

Everything is still new and the hosts are very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. Metro station within walking distance. And he speaks good English.

The best part of the stay was the excellent staff & cleanliness of the hotel. It was very close to the mall and had easy access to restaurants.

The staff were very helpful and prepared early breakfast so we could go on our trips. Lovely simple, fresh breakfast. Lovely room and roof terrace. Would love to return.

This is an excellent hotel for its price. It is located in a very central area of Milan, right across from the Stazione Centrale. The staff was wonderful, and extremely helpful. Several major plusses: 1) The breakfast in the breakfast room is extremely good and varied. 2) Right next to the hotel on the street there is a wonderful (separate and independent) restaurant, where I enjoyed great meals and invited friends to dine with me. 3) The gym on the top floor is small but very well equipped, and it overlooks the magnificent panorama of all central Milan. Finally, for the believers, the hotel is set right across the lovely church of San Camillo de Lellis, and I could see its red spires from my hotel room. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is just outside a Metro station, so always easy to find your way back if you use the excellent Budapest metro. But also a good central location within Pest.

The apartment has easy access to the highway. It is a longish but direct path down to the old town. Nice deck overlooking old town and sea.. Sunny balcony with table and chaise to nap on.. lovely Met us with a beer and juice which was much appreciated after a long drive there.. Gave us her parking place the entire time we were enjoying her apartment.. beautiful!

The hotel is really close to the Notre-Dame! The room is cozy and clean. The breakfast is tasty.))) And very friendly personal!

Th room was a bit small and a separate tiny toilet

Family-run guest house and that’s something you can really feel: the staff is simply lovely and so are the owners who can introduce you to Balinese customs and way of life. Clean, spacious room. We were lucky enough to share our pool with just one other couple as our room was in the smaller part of the guesthouse. Great garden, surrounding rice fields and the roosters in the morning remind you that you are in the countryside.

Very polite and helpful, explained the area very clear.

Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect and close to everything, including guided tour kiosks, metro, and train stations. The included breakfast was always delicious and fresh. I seriously could not be more pleased with my stay. I wish I had this experience at every hotel.

I went for Songkran and it was a prefect place to crash after the partying. Quiet and clean, its a budget hotel, not much to it, but nothing bad

Everyone was nice, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

They are really kind and the place is really clean. And it’s close to the yoga studio I used to go.

The apartment is fully equipped and in a great location. The building is currently being renovated, but this did not disturb our stay at all. The bed is very comfortable and the view from the window, even though on the first floor, is very nice. The owner also allowed us a late check out at no extra charge which was very useful for us as the weather was very cold on our day of departure. I would definitely recommend this place to our friends who come to Warsaw.

The people working there were cool and helpful. There’s a tram station outside so one can easily go to different places.

When you booking the system they asking you to put the credit card They saying we are not taking off the payment. You cant trust them they took the money including tax and service charges they the person leaving they asked again the person to pay 30 darham for tax and service charge. that i paid already. Unbelievable.

The view of the city from the 23rd floor was spectacular. The flat had all you needed for 2 people.

The style and furniture of the room are very traditional, the staff were fun and helpful.

Loved this apartment. Really beautifully decorated. The comfiest and biggest bed I have ever slept in. Netflix on the two TVs. An awesome rooftop pool. Short walk to supermarkets and the restaurants of 5th Ave. Well equipped kitchen with stove top, large fridge, coffee plunger, free coffee, free drinking water and a blender for making smoothies. Very kind and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Area around apt. was very clean. People were friendly.

We stayed here two nights, went to the Mekong delta and spend another night here. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Whenever we needed assistance they were there for us. We could leave our baggage here while we went to the Mekong delta, which was very convenient. The rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, AC, nice bathroom and very clean. Breakfast was amazing!!! You can choose your unique Breakfast from a very long breakfast menu and it will be prepared freshly right in an open kitchenette right front of you. Also you can choose from a variety of fresh fruits and delicious smoothies. It was the perfect place for our time in HCMC. It is conveniently located, good restaurants close by and walking distance to many sights.

The breakfast room had great old world charm, with a lovely street view. Interesting old and new artworks. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Only a short walk to the Metro.

The hotel is a little oasis in the mad streets of Ubud. The restaurant food was varied and good quality. The staff were polite and helpful moving us to a quiet room,which was an upgrade,after some noisy guests kept us awake. The monkeys kept us entertained for the whole stay.

Beautiful hotel! hotel is clean and modern , room was beautiful with balcony, working air con & the free Wifi was a bonus… over all it was better than i expected. staff on reception were very helpful and we very accommodating. The location is perfect only a 10min walk to hero square, thermal baths and Budapest Zoo also only a 15min walk to the hop on hop off bus tours. there was also a good selection of restaurants/ bar near by. would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family

This is an excellent little gem of a hotel in a pretty good location within Rome. Easy access to public transport and within walking distance to the Vatican. The hotel itself is very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Florin is an excellent host who goes above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable. I would love to visit Caesar’s Place again!

Close to station, easy to find. Double room small but cozy.

The grounds were beautiful. Our room was perfect. Staff was terrific. Breakfast was nice.

Location, as it was a few blocks from the Arc de Triomphe. The free breakfast was a nice start to the day as well.

Management went out of their way to help us with references to last-minute shopping, electronic printing services and always being available to answer any questions. When the washing machine broke down, a technician showed up the same day. When Tech was unable to fix it, then a brand-new washing machine was delivered the very next day! Love the fact that U-Bahn station and the Prater are just within a short walking distance. Our flat was very updated and cozy. Kitchen has everything needed to put a meal together. Very clean and organized. The fact that there is a lift in the property made our life a lot easier. We felt very safe with a great locking system and a secure entrance to the building. It is a great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Vienna!

Ready access to public transport as this is quite a way from the city centre.

We couldn’t have asked for a better way to start our Thailand trip. It is hard to come across a more welcoming host, with tips and advise on what to see in Bangkok. The neighbourhood is absolutely wonderful and peaceful albeit a little out of the way, which was only really noticeable at night when getting back (late) was more difficult due to the lack of boats that cross the river (or we couldn’t find them). However, an 80baht taxi trip is usually enough to get there if you’re in the centre. The room was very charming and everything was very clean. Our favourite time was breakfast with Beb! Thanks for such a wonderful stay.
