The host was fantastic -- we were welcomed with a bottle of wine on our arrival and pastries our first morning. The room was well-decorated and very clean. Location was great.

The apartment is completely new and very nice designed, with a taste and has a perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would come again. The host was very nice too.

Great location (less than one minute walk to waterfront) with an outstanding host! Beautifully decorated room with all of the amenities one would need including air-conditioning, private bathroom/shower with soaps/gels, etc. While the room is a bit small, who cares? It is obviously very well-cared for by its owners and near everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! Zoran is a great host and he did a perfect job recovering and decorating the house. You can walk easily to the center (2 minutes), It’s cleaned and cosy, It’s just perfect! Highly reccomended. The free parking was far (1,5 kms), but Zoran went to get us, and when we leaved we went to leave us at the car. If you traveling to Rovinj stay até Lá Fondiaria, you won’t regret!

What I liked the most in the apartment was its high sense of design!the hosts Zoran and his wife are very very willing to help with anything.The location is gorgeous in the heart of rovinj old town.highly recommended!

The apartment is new, pristine, beautifully designed, light and airy. Perfectly located in Rovinj. The hosts went out of their way to help us with logistics. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The room is loacted very centrally – two steps and you are right at the harbour of Rovinj. The room is cosy but it has everything you need and is so clean! Excellent value for your money. Our hosts were very nice, picked us up at the room and brought us to a free parking lot, then drove us with their car back to the room. Highly recommended!

The staff were very friendly and spoke english extremely well, and the room was well cleaned. The location was also great and located quite close to the main piazza in San Marco. But that’s about where it ended.

Rooms spacious and luxurious with extra large comfortable beds. Bathroom also spacious and luxurious. Spotlessly clean and excellent servicing. All staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast choices and service excellent with wide variety and cooked to order as appropriate. Wife appreciated free flowing bubbles with breakfast!! My wife also indulged in the spa treatments.

I liked the location, surroundings,staff was friendly. I liked the wellnes in Lone hotel though the showers didn’t work, and those by the little pool needs some hooks to put your towel or bath rope on.

Very comfortable and clean apartment in a very quiet location. Located about a 15 minute walk from the city centre, or a 5 minute bike ride. Free bikes included with each room made travel to the city centre and exploring the region fast and fun. Breakfast was excellent.

Perfect apartment. Quiet and very spacious. Extremely clean. Kitchen had everything we need. Balcony was very good for having breakfast. The staff were very kind and thoughtful. They let us early check in as well. Could use 2 bicycles for each room for free, which was excellent to look around the town Big supermarket was quite near. Heater was great!! Everything was perfect. Highly recommend here.

The apartemet is beautiful, super clean and well located.

The bed was very comfortable, the room spotlessly clean, bike rental was feee and I even had a laundry done for free!

We had a lovely, large apartment with a galley kitchen and small balcony overlooking a garden. In the morning, our hosts brought a large, delicious breakfast to the room. The room was very clean and comfortable. There are only 2 parking spaces in front of the building, so we parked in a parking lot 100 meters away(about 2 minute walk). We especially loved the free bicycles. We parked the car and used the bikes the whole time. It was about a 7 minute ride into Rivinj on the bikes. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Its an apartment with facility to cook which I did not use,….close to bus station… sea,restaurants and places to visit

The ambience of the whole town. The views. The sunsets. Variety of restaurants.

Host is so nice. She wait for me at front door till 9:00pm because I arrive there late by delayed flight. Location is so good. inside old town and you can walk to anywhere you want. Room is clean and good enough for a real traveler.

We were in a very small but perfectly adequate room with a little kitchenette. Whilst there was no balcony, the view from the room overlooking the marina was lovely. The host Claudia was simply fantastic and even though she was extremely busy, was happy to help us and give us lots of advice on our travels with a smile on her face. She has several different properties in Rovinj so you can choose which part of the town you would like to stay in. A perfect place to base yourself whilst you explore this stunning little town.

The location of our small self contained room was perfect and cosy …just seconds to the waterfront in a charming cobblestone alley way. Facilities were adequate and rom spacious with lounge/ dining and kitchenette. Very quiet.

Das Apartment befindet sich direkt im Zentrum von Rovinj an der Einkaufsstraße. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und lässt keine Wünsche was die Ausstattung betrifft übrig und ist sehr sauber (keine Gebrauchs/Abnützungsspuren). Obwohl die Fenster auf der Seite der Einkaufstraße sind, ist kaum bis kein Lärm zu hören (Außer ein paar Möwen (: ). Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es im Umkreis wie angegeben nur gegen Bezahlung, nimmt man jedoch einen kleinen Spaziergang von ca. 15 min in kauf gibt es einen großen Gratisparkplatz. Faszinierend sind die kleinen, verwinkelnden Gassen mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Märkten.

It was my first time in Rovinj and the hotel location was perfect to see all the sights of Old Town, it’s situated in the pedestrian area. I stayed in a room on the 3d floor.The room was tidy and with a big bed.I could see that all furniture was new and in a good condition. Yes, the rooms there aren’t very big but they are really cozy. Would love to come back to this place!

We really did like our room, it was most comfortable and clean with pretty fast Internet. It wasn’t our first time there but this is the best lokation ever and by the way there is a nice and friendly owner. She advised us interesting places for sightseeing and restaurants with delicious local food. It was worth it! We will definitely come back again!

The appartment was really great. Directly in the old town, no cars, no noise, everything new and neat, really wonderful. I booked just the evening before arrival and it was possible to pay in cash directly upon arriving. The owner contacted me on my phone to check when I was arriving and it was no problem that I came much later than expected as there was an accident on the road and a very long diversion route.

We had a good view from our attic room out to the ocean by sticking our head up through the skylight windows. The price was very reasonable.

The room was nicely designed. We had a wardrobe, a table and 2 chairs as well as air conditioner. They have a kitchen on the ground floor with a coffee maschine, fridge, pots, so you can really cook there. We also liked the location, it es central, but very quiet.

Very good location, brand new and well-equipped room absolutely welcoming and helpful owner, definitely recommended to stay here.

The owner at Dewa Hostel helped with anything and everything we needed.My locked actually got stuck and he did not give up until it was open! So i am very grateful for that. Also for organising trips and to talk about bali he is very helpful. Highly recommend!!!

The waterfront balcony was amazing – you could see that everyone walking by on the waterfront wanted to be like us, drinking wine on the balcony! Claudia the property manager was also delightful.

Great location for walking around this adorable town. The hostess was great. The room was clean, but an odd layout, likely due to the age of the building.

Claudia was easy to reach and wonderfully kind and helpful. She even met us at the parking lot (15 min walk from property) to pick us up and help us figure out how to pay for parking since no cars were allowed near the hotel in the old city. Also, the location was ideal and the balcony with sea views was unreal. We had coffee out there in the am and drank wine and people watched during the afternoon. It was heavenly.

The appartment was excellent and i a good location for the beach and town.

A nice, comfy, well-equiped and clean apartment, not too far from the beach and the old town of Rovinj. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The owners are very polite, nice and helpful. We had two comfortable bedrooms, a big living room with dining room, and even 3 balconies! The area is quiet and there is an excellent restaurant (Maslina) nearby. The shopping centre and the old town are also close, you can even walk there in 10-15 mins. I HIGHLY recommend this accomodation and hope we can visit again soon.

The owner is really nice. Good value for money, since for the same price in Rovinj you don’t usually get two separate rooms. The apartment is really big and well equipped.

We got a great apartment with three balconies. Very clean, modern and well equipped. There is a supermarked in the next building and a few cafees. The apartment is situated in a residential area less than one km from the beach and about 1,5 km from the city centre. We rented bikes, which turned out to be a great way to visit the beaches and the town, as well as to explore the surrounding area.

Apartment ist Modern und Bestens ausgestattet. Sehr Sauber, nah zum Strand, nicht weit von Hafen/Altstadt entfernt, und sehr geräumig, inclusive bomben Wi-Fi im gesamten Objekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Resaurants gibt’s gleich um die Ecke. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Beser geht’s kaum…

Очень понравилось! Современный стильный дизайн комнат, комфортная мебель, чистота, есть вся необходимая бытовая техника и посуда. Все новое, неизношенное. Хорошее расположение: магазин, пекарня, бар совсем рядом. Пицерия, ресторан – близко. До моря и пляжей – недалеко. До центра – приятно прогуляться вечером пешком. Очень приятная, услужливая хозяйка Мартина! Рекомендуем!

Rooms were very comfortable and there was an excellent selection at breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My daughters luggage arrived 2 days after she did and the concierge/bell desk organised to chase it up and bring it from the airport. We had room service ‘tiffin’. The food was excellent, delivered efficiently and well worth the money.

The small jewel cannot be seen from the outside at all. But when we entered we were just amazed. The lobby, the garden and the friendly people. The room was not very big but cosy, with the bed so comfortable that you can spend the day in it. Lowely terrace with the sea and old town view with a refreshing glass of prosecco.

The hotel is very cosy, renovated with a very fine taste. The room we had (Monte) is just gorgeous. The staff are so nice and helpful . They make you feel home (the cleaning lady, the restaurant staff, the reception and the owner of the hotel ) They are always happy to help and advise. They really made our stay memorable!

Ein kleines Hotel in der Altstadt von Rovinj, neu renoviert und vollständig auf Design getrimmt, bis in den letzten Details! Schon aus diesem Grund alleine ist der Besuch dieses Hotels ein Muss. Entsprechend ist der Komfort in den Zimmern. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr persönlich und sehr stimmungsvoll. Die Besitzer und das Personal sind äusserst zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war exklusiv mit nur frischen Waren. Aus dieser Sicht war der Preis sehr angemessen. Wir werden mit Freude wieder kommen.

The owner was extra pleasant and polite, the apartment was very well designed. There were many stores and markets near by. Nice view and peaceful surroundings. We would definitely come back again next year!

The apartment has an AMAZING view and everything is brand new. It is a super comfortable and stylish place to stay!

Absolutely everything, from transportation from the airport, that was arranged by host Loran, to accommodation and stay was top class. Loaran is a young host, who helped us with tips about Rovinj and Istria. The apartment is modernly equipped with all that is necessary for a comfortable vacation and I would especially like to point out the bathroom. We had a wonderful stay and we left the accommodation and the host with the feeling that we got a friend.I would highly recommend this studio apartment for those that visiting beautiful town of Rovinj.
