Nice location – it takes 5mins to Namba by walk. And convenience store around the hotel. (3mins by walk)

The location was good. It was about 5 minutes away from the Dotonbori and the nearest rail station by foot. The rooms were clean and well-kept. The staff was very helpful and accommodating especially when we were trying to have our luggage delivered to our next hotel in Tokyo. In order to use the elevator, you needed to have the room key. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Bed was incredibly comfortable, place super clean, location superb. Although there was a restaurant at the lobby, we couldn’t try it. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Day or night, the hotel was always close to the places we wanted to go.

The beds are comfy except there’s only 1 pillow provided.

We arrive at late afternoon and get a room which the vent in the bathroom does not work and a very bad small from the bathroom was over the small room. we ask to change the room but was answered that the hotel is full and get only a spray to try to fight the bad smell. it was a very bad experience for us . only on our second day they upgrade our room.

Very good location, close to Dotonbori, a very lively part of the city. Lots of good eating and entertaining options around. Walking distance from train/subway stations. We felt like we were in the middle of it all. Otherwise this was just a normal APA hotel, with all its standard great amenities but small rooms. Overall this was a good choice if you want to be close to everything and go out at night.

Very convenience to the shopping area and very close to station

The location was perfect, short walk from the subway and close to all the main attractions. It’s just outside the main shopping area (5min walk), which is perfect if you want to stay away from the noise. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean

Akiko San is very good in terms of service and assistance

The staff at Louis Galata were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They met every need we had. Whenever we visited them, they would always offer coffee or tea. The room is comfortable and spacious with a modern luxurious look. The hotel is conveniently located less than a 5 minute walk from Galata Tower. There are a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shops around the area. In 15 to 20 minutes you may walk to Taksim or Eminonu port (ferry). Shishane station is a 5 minute walk away (we used this station line to get to the airport). You may also walk about 10 minutes to Karakoy station to get to Sultanahmet station (historical area with Grand Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, etc.). We chose Louis Galata because of its price, location, and luxurious look, and we’d choose it again in a heartbeat.

The bath was bigger than average in Japan and bed was super comfortable

Fantastic location, free wine, comfortable bed & hot stone sauna.

Service and attention to detail were incredible. Just a great ay for tourists to have this typical Japanese experience. Nothing seedy about it at all. Well maybe the adult content available on the television.

Great location, right by the main dotonburi street. Very clean, large bed and great bath with jets. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They looked after our bags after checkout. Free amenities were great too!

So many free amenities! Privacy is golden, location is so close to Dotonbori, only a few minutes away. Clean facilities and just an overall great hotel.

You really should stay here! We stayed here for two nights and it was amazing! The facilities are beyond reproach and the bed is comfortable. The only problem is trying to leave the hotel to go and do sightseeing hahaha

It was very cozy and felt like home away from home. Excellent location. Will definitely stay again when in Paris!

It’s a love hotel, so it’s set up for staying in rather than going out…big bed, teeth-rattling vibrator, a massage chair and an epic jacuzzi bathroom with built in TV for high-pitched pixellated Japanese porn. What more could you want? The minibar has lube if you’re stuck…the 7/11 up the road has everything else.

The bathroom is excellent including the toiletries provided by hotel. Shiseido products!

Big room , good view, lovely park and shrine at the doorstep, friendly staff, great value. Did feel like in a big city.

ラブホテル独特のいやらしさもなく、シンプルででも、普通のホテルより設備が整ってるからこれからも機会があれば使いたいと思います。

・ラブホテルなのにちゃんと外から光が入ってくる位置の部屋で、閉塞感がないところがよかった・アメニティや設備もしっかりしていて、冷蔵庫も完備、DVDも見れる、布団やタオルもどの時間帯でも清掃して頂ける、お風呂大きいと、一通りのものがすべて揃っていたことがよかった。

部屋やお風呂は広く、外出も自由で普通のホテルのように過ごせます。どのスタッフさんも親切ですので安心出来ます。駐車場もあるし、駐車場のスタッフさんが何より親切で笑顔。とっても和みます☆彡無料のミネラルウォーター、ドリップコーヒーも凄く嬉しいサービスですね。また来月、連泊でお世話になります。

従業員さんや駐車場のスタッフさんがみんな丁寧で親切です。車を停めるとき、出るときなど駐車場のスタッフさんが毎回声をかけて下さるので、安心できます。４泊しましたが、ホテル内はラブホ感もあまり感じず部屋も広いし清潔だし、タクシーも呼んでくれるのでお酒を飲みに行くときは、車を置いてタクシーで外出も可能でした。何より、広い部屋とお風呂が快適。徒歩５分以内にドンキもあり便利ですので旅行者には有り難いホテルです。京橋までは徒歩１５分、桜の宮は１２～３分でしょうか。従業員さんがキチンとされている点が一番うれしい！また来月予約しましたのでお世話になりたいと思います。

駅から遠すぎず、どこに行くにもアクセスは悪くなかった。ホテルの雰囲気も予想よりも良く安心感があった。

Really great location. Most things within 15-20 minutes walk. Room was bright and modern, though a little tight. The staff guys were friendly and helpful – good suggestions. Also ordered us an airport shuttle and held our luggage for added day of sight seeing.

Location was good right on main subway line. Good value for your dollar as it was quite affordable. Walls werent paper thin like most in japan.

Its close to the train station, easy to find. Old building make a little spooky. Lack of english sign. The old hotel in front of the new one make a little confusion at first. Should take off that sign for sure.

Very nice host, fast to response my questions about transportation. Good English, easy to communicate, very helpful. He cooks breakfast very day, so delicious. It takes only 5 minutes walk to the Bus station. Next time I will live in this guesthouse again. Thank you Mr.Hangi Park.

This was the perfect place to stay on the last night of our holiday. We got a free upgrade to a suite which was amazing. The rooms were fab and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The location couldn’t be better for getting to the airport or into the city. We would stay again.

Quiet good location, got a 24 hours supermarket just accross the street. Many restaurant can be found in the same street as this apartment. Sufficient facility inside the apartment (washing machine, microwave, etc). Fast response state manager through email. Good enough for family.

The hotel is very nicely located, very close to piazza Navona, the district is very central but not overcrowded, the stuff is helpful and efficient, very good breakfasts with cappuccino or whatever you want, nice reception.

It was clean, spacious, nice furniture. It had plenty of cupboard space.

Modern new apartement, hood facilities, easy to check in or check out…just 1 min from Life Supermarket.

Everything that you need for check-in is emailed a few days before. The instructions are very detailed their were even pictures to help you navigate. The check-in was a breeze and the room is just enough for 3 people and I liked that eventhough the space was minimal they were still able to add a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine:)

The apartment is fully equipped with all necessities. The best is the location – walking distance to to all level of restaurants, entertainment, shopping areas, supermarkets and Subway Station.

I chance to hv breakfast because your staff refused flatly to grant us free breakfast. The other hotel which I booked earlier came with breakfast and lower room rate. I changed to yours because Friend told me to do so. I regreted listening to him. MTtress is too soft. Had to get my back massaged on 2 nights in a row. Your room rate was not cheap either.

View from 23rd floor was fantastic. Room is clean and quiet even beside the railway. Spa water in room. Convenient transportation but JR stations are at different locations so can be confusing. Many restaurants nearby and in basement of hotel.

I liked where the hotel was situated, having quite a few restaurants and convenience stores near by. Plus having Fukushima station right across the road made it super easy to explore the city.

i like it that it is japanese style and there is a lounge, you can cook, you can watch tv, you can wash dishes. it is clean and quiet..

Loved our villa with private pool, lovely and clean, great friendly staff and great that included breakfast could be brought to our room for no charge.

The service was excellent, they did all they could to ensure our stay was perfect! The villa and property itself was lush and beautiful! I wasn’t expecting the view in our villa to be amazing! The breakfast was also delicious!

We liked the location. It is right next to Hyde Park so it is perfect for a walk or ride in the park. Also the price was very good, considering it is London. There are also some bars, bakeries and supermarket around the place.

Even though they all didn’t speaks english they still tried hard, using mobile phone to translate etc.

The receptionists are very accommodating. The air conditioning unit in our first room was so noisy. We called up the reception twice.. later on , we were upgraded to a bigger room where the air conditioning unit was perfect!

Great location for the DMK airport, an easy walk when its not too hot.

The environment is very clean, the health is very clean, the price is also very affordable, the most important service attitude is very good, recommended!

Beds were comfy ,staff could have been a bit more friendly,hotel a little dated could do with a lick of paint and perhaps a new carpet on the stairs ,it would improve the place know end

On arrival, the room I had booked was upgraded to a suite. It was a great surprise. The hotel, hotel staff, room facilities and breakfast was exceptional! I would certainly book again!

The breakfast is very complete and there are plenty of options. The pool and the beach is great and is very secure.
